It is always a pleasure to deal with the Hagen Plumbing family. They have been coming to fix problems big for years. We can trust them to honestly tell us what needs doing, to do it right, and give us a fair price for the work.
Hagen Plumbing jumps through hoops to help customers. I called on saturday expecting to leave a message; Jon answered the phone and said he would be here Monday 11-12:00. And he was.

Quick, Amazing Service, Dude knows furnaces inside & out. After not so much luck with the gas company - Andrew helped get my hot water up & running quick, these guys really are 24/7 and real service.

I did not hire this vendor to perform any work. Despite this, they continue to send invoices related to a leak that was never repaired and unrelated to the HOA. No proof of work has been provided, nor is there any documentation showing that I authorized or requested their services. The business has been unable to produce any supporting documentation, yet continues to contact me regarding these invoices.

The men arrived on time and did an excellent job installing the new Water Heater. I am very happy to have warm water for household activities. Great Team and a Great Job. I Thank them both very much.....

The plumber showed up in the specified time range. Fixed the problem the first time and the shut-off valve has worked as intended after installation.

Very fast, very effective. Clogged bathtub drain in 2nd floor apartment, west LA. Drano did not work, I had tried snaking it myself too. Royale Plumber gave me a 11a-1p window and arrived at 12:20p, finished the work in three minutes flat. Bravo.

I needed to unclog a drain in the bathroom sink. The guys showed up on time, took a look at everything and told me how much it will cost. 10 mins later, they were done! And they even cleaned up after themselves! I'm amazed! Best plumbing company I've ever dealt with! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Dispatcher and Plumber were both super polite and easy to work with. They even moved up my appointment time for an emergency service where every minute was important to me. Job was quick, thorough and COVID protocols were observed 100%.

i called royale plumbing & the other company M.R at the same time due to the outdoor water leak .
M.R came out & gave me estimate $615 for changing valve/nipples and other parts that i don't understand.
Royale plumb.came out on time and started to loose the valve & stopped the leak.
It took him 2 minutes 2 solved my problem. he explained me that sometime, if u tight the valve TOO TIGHT , ,it can cause leak. u they did not charge me a dime!
in my 20years of being a home owner, i finally found the plumbing comp. that i can trust. they are prompt & honest & i highly recommend this company.

Had a plumber come in to fix a leaky faucet at the price of $150. First off, what a rip-off but it was an emergency. In addition I asked them to install a faucet which they charged an extra $100, when I gave them all the parts. After they were done, they charged an additional $40 because of a faulty supply line without telling us about it. You've got to at least tell us you're installing an extra part and for what price.

Tried to reason with a lady named Monique on the phone because of the price, and she was so rude. She pretty much chewed us out on the phone when I know my roommate was being polite. I was going to give them at least 2 stars for coming in on short notice, but she made me give them a one for such rudeness.

Overpriced and rude, so will never work with this company again. This sink better be faultless after all of that.

I had Royale install a new toilet + tank in my apartment. It is a tight space with the bathtub about 12" from the toilet. After the plumber left, I noticed a small dent in the bathtub glaze, maybe caused by a metal tool hitting it. It seems like an easy fix but I don't have the experience to fix it myself.
So I sent Royale a photo and they replied: "we don't do any patching work and are not held responsible for any damage done". Really? If you make the damage - that makes you responsible! Regardless of their official position, I felt like I wasn't asking for a lot. Due to their disappointing customer service, I will not use their services again.

Amazing interface and customer Service by the wonderful Monique! She is knowledgeable, great at trouble shooting and even watched out for me to save money. Unprompted, she tries to zero in on the real root of the problem, to save money and time. I've worked with many plumbing companies and These guys are the Best!! Fast, Accurate, Honest and Hardworking. I really couldn't ask for better! The guys Humberto and Jose are great too. They trouble shoot and do the work in a day, what others would take weeks...seriously. Thank you Royale Plumbing!

I called Royale Plumbing when our dishwasher wasn't completely draining after a cycle. Tanya was able to schedule an appointment quickly and handled all the paperwork directly with our landlord. Luis arrived on time, quickly found the problem (a clogged drain hose) and fixed it. In a perfect world, everything would go this smoothly! Thanks Royale.
