We had a great experience with Absolute Airflow Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing during our recent HVAC maintenance visit. Scott Hommel was professional, extremely thorough, and very transparent about his findings. He took the time to walk my wife and me through everything in detail and made sure we clearly understood the system’s condition and our options. We appreciated his honesty, patience, and attention to detail, and would not hesitate to recommend Scott and the Absolute Airflow team.

Edward and Seth were personable, informative, and very thorough. They took the time to explain the work being done, treated our home with respect, and were mindful of our time. We also appreciated how well they cleaned up once the job was finished. Overall, their professionalism and care made the experience much more positive than we expected given the circumstances.

I had a really good experience with this company. The crew that replaced the duct system for my heating unit (Ramon, Oscar, and Celi) was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They worked diligently, respected my home, knew what they were doing and did a solid job from start to finish.

The supervisor (Ivan) gave me a price I felt comfortable with and could trust—no pressure and no surprises. I also really appreciated the first technician (Phillip) who came out to assess the problem. He was very knowledgeable and explained clearly how the system should work and what was wrong with my unit, which helped me understand everything before moving forward.

Overall, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing duct or heating work.

Philip Hughes came out to our residence for an HVAC diagnostic. He was extremely professional and great with communication. Extra points for cleanliness during the process.

I had Juan Castillo as my technician and he absolutely helped me better understand my system. While I was upset at the cost to revamp my whole HVAC system… I am pleased with the thorough inspection and advice given to me by him and even Gabriel the Supervisor. Gave me a quote within 20 min of doing their own inspection and evaluation. I am hoping this will carry on to the next phase and when they completely replace the whole system.

We got our new AC/heater system about 3 years ago and have forgotten to get it serviced. Today, Sevin came and put our minds at ease. He not only provided maintenance to our unit, but also took the time to explain how our system was holding up and what we could do to address some issues we were having. He was super calm, patient and just overall made the experience really great!

Wanted to take a moment to thank both Amancio and Kameron with Absolute Airflow for all their efforts and on a job well done with the replacement of the ducts in the house. The airflow throughout the house was an immediate improvement and with the weather starting to warm up the timing is perfect. Thank you for taking the time to check and re-check all the rooms and also for the play by play explanations on what each step of the process was!

Awesome service! They were able to give me a quote on maintenance service and come out the next day. The technician, Philip, was very helpful and knowledgeable. The room temperature in my home had been consistently getting up to 85. Within about an hour of Philip working his magic, the temp got down to 76 (my ideal). Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

Had a whole AC system replacement done today. The two installers Edward and Sele spent the entire day installing system. Workmanship and attitude very professional. Super clean looking installation. Would highly recommend…

Juan was excellent!! He came out to do a furnace tune up and was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He went over some previous recommendations that had been mentioned before and explained why each could be beneficial. After some discussions we decided on a plan and he was able to complete all the work same day. I would highly recommend Juan and the team at Absolute Airflow!

These outstanding folks just upgraded our AC system and we can feel a huge difference. Our old system would dim our lights when it turned on and now I can’t even tell it’s on.
All the technicians who came out were awesome. Hats off to the following .. Tyrone, Chris, Celestino and Edward. They were all professional and took the time to explain and answer all my questions.

Sevin came out for routine maintenance of our system and was very thorough. He was very informative about how often we should change our filters and help reduce our electrical usage. Upon his recommendation we had him install an ionizer to improve our air quality. Living near the Long Beach airport and two major streets (aka racetracks) air quality is important. We look forward to seeing Sevin in future maintenance calls.

Zachary did a great job flushing our water heater. He arrived on time and promptly began the water heater flush. He was very professional and efficient, and fully answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend Absolute Airflow for any HVAC or plumbing work around the house, we’ve had nothing but great experiences with them.

Juan did a good job. Happy with service👍👍👍 Nice guy found our problem right away. Had the part on his van and told us what the total price was before he did anything. Good to see there are some good techs.around. Will let people know that if they have problems with HVAC call Absolute air .

4.5/5 <--- This lowered rating is due to some of the team forgetting to put their shoe covers back on towards the end of one of the days. Boot prints were left over a large area of our living room/kids' play area and my wife had to clean up after them.

We had an aged tank water heater that had been badly installed, and un-maintained since we moved in years ago (this one is on me), and likely even before we moved in. It was operating in a dangerous fashion when Absolute Airflow came in and showed us plain and clear why. Alex, the manager who assisted us, was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and considerate. He was available for all of my calls throughout the entire process of learning about, buying, and installing, our new tankless water heater. Because, he didn't want our then current tank to continue to pose a danger to our family and home, he even mobilized a full team to begin the replacement within a few hours.

With the exception of my note above, my wife told me each crew member was a pleasure to have in our home. They were respectful, polite, considerate, and all-around good gentlemen. She felt fine having them in our home, and around our kids. A shout-out to Andres, Isaias, Andrew, Luis, Victor, Nelson, and Peirce. You guys gave us a functional water heater by the end of Day 1, and made sure any/all other issues that remained or arose over the next few days were properly addressed and resolved.

We had new AC and Heating units replaced that were installed by another company that were not done properly. Edward, Leo, Chris and Pablo serviced our house for two days with the project and everyone was courteous,
Professional and respectful in all levels. Highly recommend them and thank you guys for finishing the project in timely manner and leaving the house as clean as before the project.
