When my AC stopped working A1 told me I needed a whole new unit for over 5k. I got a second opinion and it was just a capacitor. Unfortunately they still got me for a $200 diagnostic fee even though their diagnosis was wrong! They said it wasn't wrong because replacing the unit would have fixed the problem! These people are liars and cheats I would go anywhere else.

Very professional and fair. Willing to go an extra mile to save you a buck and honest. For a new company, I would think today been a brown for years and years, I highly recommend.
