Update: HVAC team came out to do a full system upgrade after gas leak issue in old system furnace. Leo, Celestine and Pablo worked fast and had it all done same day. Demo out old system safely with no damages. They took time to talk me through process. Showed me detailed photos of the attic install. They even took time to teach me thermostat and Google home setup. Pleased with both jobs by Absolute Airflow on our new home.

Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and did great work addressing our concerns. He also made solid recommendations to address other plumbing issues in the future. Cleaned up after. Solid service.

Helpful and courteous. Great communication. Tyrone was on time and was able to explain the issue in a way I understood. I will certainly be recommending Absolute Airflow and Tyrone to friends and family!

Post script - I ended up with a heating issue and had the pleasure of meeting Alan. Very helpful, friendly, courteous, and knew exactly how to take care of the problem. I continue to be happy with the company and the very professional technicians.

Had the annual service on my hvac systems done today. Always great work from Absolute Air. They sent out their “A” team today and got everything done in a timely manner. Chris, Edward, and Eric took care of the hvac maintenance and Josh took care of the tankless water heater. Would definitely recommend!

Philip came for a maintenance check of our AC condenser, and boy did it need to be cleaned! He tested and cleaned everything, and now it looks and is working like it’s a brand new system (see before and after photos). He was super nice, efficient, and easy to work with. We’ve always had a good experience with all of the employees at Absolute. They’ve installed units and serviced them at two of our properties, and it’s always great service, friendly staff, and awesome results. Highly recommend!

Andreas Cervantes Primo, Pierce, Andrew, Brian and another Andrew were very diligent in installing the piping and water systems. They were all very knowledgeable and pleasant as they worked in my home, checking to ensure there were no leaks and that the system worked properly. They were all very professional and I appreciated their attention to detail.

Celestino, Ramon, & Oscar were here to help with my education on the thermostat. The 3 men had been here to install the HVAC system last week. All 3 were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and I really appreciated their courtesy as they installed the system and today when they patiently explained the thermostat. I think they are assets to your company.

Eric Sanders was the service technician that helped me with my heating problem diagnoses. He was very professional and explained with a drawing the issue and what was needed for a resolution. Although I wasn't prepared to hear the cost of the resolution. Eric proposed options. He was very sincere and patient. Thank you Eric for your honesty and integrity. I appreciate your service.

Installation of the HVAC units was completed. Pablo, Cameron, Amancio and Chris were the gentlemen dispatched for the Installation service. Once again very professional and explained the work completed. Very impressed with the clean up. Thank you Gentlemen for your hard work and getting the work done in one day.

Jacob was awesome. Extremely knowable and efficient. Came to unclog a drain and ended up providing some expertise on our tankless water heater as well. Never felt pressured or felt like I was being sold something we didn’t need. Great guy. Next time we use Absolute, we’ll be requesting Jacob.

Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was looking over his shoulder the whole time and he taught me a lot about my unit. He got me signed up for an annual service that includes two HVAC visits and one pluming visit. Super happy with the service.

Purchased an air conditioning and heating unit about 2 years ago from a co that was later purchased by this co .
Just recently found a minor problem withe solenoid which was dirty so I called them they first bypassed the service charge but when then later they charged me $95 .
They also told me that since I purchased the unit from a co that they took over therefore all warranty and free services are voided.
They also added that the other co had plenty of mistakes with their installation which if I want them to fix , it would be $10,000.
Therefore they are not going to honor any warranty on equipments that was purchased from the other co or any future labor or parts .
I think both companies are not Loyola and disrespectful . 👎🏻👎🏻

Paul came to diagnose our Furnace and he was super helpful and informative. He explained the problem well. He gave us the options we had to repair and explained the estimates but was not pushy. He also answered all our questions. We signed up for their yearly maintenance based on the great customer service and experience he provided. Thanks Paul!

We had Eric the technician come to check our heater. He provided excellent customer service, was extremely detailed and took the time to thoroughly explain all the technical details about the issues of our heater. We really appreciated him wanting to make sure we were able to get the best deal considering the amount of work that needed to be done. So helpful and kind.

Phillip is professional, fast & efficient. He thoroughly explained in detail and made it very easy to understand. He’s respectful in our home and to the kids and pet. I’d like for him to return for any and all services. I highly recommended him as your technician.

Impossible to get ahold of after the fact. They sold me on getting a new hvac unit that would be applicable for the energy efficient tax credit but now I can’t get the necessary information from them. Each time I call they say they will notify the appropriate department (but can’t transfer me) and then to expect a call back same day. Except that call never comes.

And for the company: if you want this 1 star review to go away just give me the information I’ve requested before I have to file taxes and it’s then useless.

Phillip Hughs is excellent And professional. He was able to explain the condition of my furnace and made some valid recommendations. He was able to describe what needs to be done in a way that I could understand which was much appreciated. You can tell he really enjoyed his work. I will be requesting him to be my service person.

Juan did an excellent job servicing our HVAC system. He completed the maintenance, replaced a couple capacitor parts, and explained everything clearly along the way. He worked efficiently, was professional, and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommend Juan and Absolute Airflow.

I would highly recommend Andres and Andrew Cervantes for any of your plumbing needs. They installed a new tankless water heater and did a very clean and professional job. I plan to request them for any future repairs.

My family had an incredible experience with Absolute Airflow. Our old AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year, and TWO DAYS LATER we have a brand new heat pump unit. Tyrone was great diagnosing our problem and giving us options. Gabriel helped us with financing. And Ramon and Oscar were phenomenal. We had old asbestos insulation on our ducts, and they were able to get that removed safely and then they went to work! They had our old system out and the new heat pump in on the first day and the duct work and system tune up were completed on the second day. Our house is getting colder as I type this. A million thanks to Tyrone, Gabriel, Ramon, and Oscar!
