We are previous clients and were very excited to see a Vince is till with the company. Everybody from people scheduling the appointment, confirming appointment and specially Vince are amazing. Courteous, friendly and Vince just knows how to fix everything. We had very mysterious leak that took a while to find, but he did it and repaired it. It was a big job as the house is old. He was patient and thorough and spend a lot of time to fix the problem before Hollidays.

We contacted Moffett Plumbing because they are a Navien approved installation/service/repair company. Joseph came to our home this week to correct an improper installation of our tankless water heater. He was on time, very polite, explained everything clearly, and he made the repair professionally and quickly. He was very knowledgeable and we felt completely confident in his abilities! He graciously offered to check out a few other things that we asked him about and provided quotes for other potential repair projects. We were very impressed with Moffett Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

It was Christmas Eve and our tankless hot water heater was not working so our family did not have any hot water. Prior to calling Moffett Plumbing & Air, we had called another plumbing company that we had used in the past. Since he was unable to obtain parts on Christmas Eve, the initial technician’s only option if we wanted hot water that day was to replace the water heater at a cost of about $8000. Otherwise the soonest they would be able to assist would be a week later. So I contacted Moffett and they dispatched Vince. He really understood how the lack of hot water was a critical problem for our family. He told me that if he couldn’t fix the issue with our hot water heater, he would install a temporary unit until he could contact the hot water heater company after it reopened after Christmas for parts and further direction. After resetting the unit, Vince was able to get the unit working. He also cleaned the flame rods and ignition sensor. He went up on the roof in the rain to also check the air vent. I felt that Vince was very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. He definitely went above and beyond in making sure that our family had hot water before he left. I will definitely use Moffett in the future for our plumbing needs and will request Vince to perform the work. Thank you Vince!

Heater inspection indicated with many pictures taken that after 19 years, our heater could use replacing although still working. David was thorough in explaining the pictures of oil, old outdated ducting, and many other things. The company was great in working with us on a price to replace that we are comfortable with. I have used them for plumbing issues prior and am happy with their customer service and the technicians. I highly recommend.

The Domeno’s

WAY overpriced! Absurdly overpriced actually. They wanted $950 to replace a $60. part! It gets even more ridiculous; they wanted to replace my tankless with the current model for the cost of $9,292.00. I can buy this same exact tankless heater for $1,290. The tech they sent was Amazing, and very professional. But the company itself is a very different story. I am out the $89. "Dispatch service fee" I was able to buy the OEM piece that was bad for $50. after shipping and tax.

Brian & Robert were both AMAZING! Wonderful customer service. And gave me ALL the information I needed. And they took their time with me. The only reason I didn’t have them do the job was my budget. I was in the middle of some home repairs/remodeling at the same time. So I had to find someone who could do as good of a job as Moffett. But do it for me at a better price. That’s all it came down to. I look forward to using Brian on any future projects.

Moffett showed up this morning to clean our heating air ducts, that have never been cleaned (25 yrs). Thank you, Daniel, Aaron and Alberto, you did a great job. They were in and out in 3 hours. They explained the process and put everything back together quickly, made some improvements and cleaned up nicely. They definitely know what they are doing. I highly recommend this service.

Always great service with Moffett. Whether for plumbing needs or air, you can't go wrong. Today was for hvac/heater for us. David was kind, friendly, experienced, and willing to explain everything and answer all my questions. Luckily not time for a new system yet, but when we need one I know exactly who we'll call!

David did a great job today with the annual maintenance on my furnace system. He went out of his way to find out if there was any other thermostat that would work on my system by calling the manufacturer. He also helped me program my current thermostat. David was very professional courteous and explain all the different items he was recommended. I would certainly recommend Moffett Plumbing and Air and David.

Moffett Plumbing just wrapped up a full HVAC refresh at our place—new ducting, a bathroom-fan install, deep clean and tune-up on both the main house system and our mini-split—and I could not be happier. Communication was terrific: I spoke directly with Jordan, the project lead, the whole way through. We actually got off on the wrong foot because the back office mis-scheduled our first appointment, but Jordan jumped in and fixed it immediately; his follow-through was stellar.

The crew itself was equally impressive. Alberto, Aaron R., Frankie and their new apprentice Francisco treated our home like their own. They installed the Total Protection package (electrostatic filter, UV bulb, and ionizer), then sent before-and-after photos of all the work in the attic so I could see exactly what was done. Every thermostat reading now matches spec, airflow is noticeably better, and even the bathroom is quieter thanks to the new fan.

Bottom line: professional, courteous, and technically sharp—Moffett delivered on every promise and then some. Highly recommend.

The plumber who came out was Landon. He was the best! He had to come back a second time due to is living in a condo and it took a lot of extra work to get the job done. He stuck with it and was pleasant the entire time. He was so kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Moffat Plumbing to all my friends.

First things first. Loved how Moffett sent me a bio of the plumbing tech on the way. Helped break the ice before Joseph arrived. I was able meet Joseph outside of my home thanks to the GPS location provided my Moffett as well. Joseph took the time to explain what he was going to do and answered all my questions. I definitely will use Moffett Plumbing in the future.
