Petar was very knowledgeable and competent. I was able to send him a video of how I wanted my Springwell water filtration/ salt softener combo system installed, and he was able to give me an estimate easily. When he came, the process was quick and smooth and everything is working great. Would definitely recommend his services.

I hired Plumbing Installs for the installation of my Springwell Water Filter/Conditioner system in June 2025.

Petar was incredibly responsive, helpful and informative via text and phone, addressing all my questions. His pricing was transparent and very reasonable. On the day of install, Petar and his son arrived on time and got the job done fast and efficiently. Very nice people and great service overall!

I would definitely work with them again on future plumbing projects.

Petar had the best reviews, so we went with him to install a Springwell water softener in our garage. He is super responsive and arrived as promised literally to the minute. He worked efficiently and explained what we needed to do to get going after the install. Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent work on installing my whole house water softner! It is a family run plumbing business. The technician and his son came on time, changed the main line piping so the WS can be connected, ran the necessary 50 feet pipe along my garage ceiling to get to the drain, created the proper connection, tested it and the WS was ready. Very reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

what a great experience! dealing with petar could not have gone better or smoother. found two 5-star installation companies on the other big review site and petar was one of them. petar came in at less than half the cost. we had a spring well whole home filter and saltiness system installed as well as a water drop reverse osmosis system with connection to the refrigerator.

what sold me was the following:

1. prompt responses - usual response time is a few minutes max. only once did he take 20 minutes.

2. direct answers to my questions - when asking for recommendations on products, he was very direct about the products he uses and why. i was reassured that i made the right choice for the home filter system.

3. saved me money! - the filtration system i wanted he happened to have a discount code that saved me several hundred dollars!!

4. flexible - my filter system was processed late and wouldn’t make it in time for the original install date, he rescheduled me and worked with my schedule.

5. overall easy to deal with and nice person - petar is very easy to work with and interactions are always pleasant.

6 after support - we noticed a small leak and he came out the same day to fix it. the same day!!!

Petar was exceptional. He quoted me for a new aquasana filtration system over the phone and it was the most competitive. He was very quick to reply and made an appointment with me to come when the unit was set to arrive. Aquasana made a huge mistake but giving me one tracking number when there was more than one and even tho it wasn’t Petar’s fault he still came back and helped me install the tank that was delivered late. He is very professional and helps you understand the unit. I am very happy I found such a trustworthy plumber that doesn’t price gouge the unsuspecting public. I highly recommend!

Petar and his son arrived on time to the appt for the installation of my whole house Kind water filtration system. They were both very professional and efficient. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other plumbing companies.

I was having issues with my water lines and a lot of buildup. I had several plumbers come out, and every one of them tried to sell me a brand-new filtration system. When I called Peter, he told me right away that it wasn’t the issue and said it was most likely my tankless water heater.

I was a little doubtful at first, but he was 100% correct. Not only was he honest, he gave me a great price, came out within a day or so, and had everything taken care of quickly. Every time I’ve called since, he’s responded right away. Pete is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. Highly recommend.

Sherveen was on time, and efficient. He had to solve a difficult problem. The replacement disposal unit was not identical with the 20 year old original unit. It was not a perfect fit. Sherveen explained all the options clearly. I agreed to make the difficult choice and make it fit/work. Sherveen spent several hour that saved me money and construction.

Thomas should up on time, listened to my explanation of the problem and went straight to work. He gave me options😀 Once I selected work to be done, he got busy and finished the job promptly. Love Moffett Plumbing ❤️❤️

Terrible experience.

I called to book both a plumbing and HVAC inspection. On the phone, I was told the total cost would be $89 for both inspections. When I tried to give them the lockbox code, they insisted I meet them in person, which is unusual since I schedule property inspections all the time and that’s never been required.

Appointments were set for today: plumbing from 9–11 and HVAC from 12–2. While driving to meet them, they called to cancel the first appointment and pushed both back. Later they called again saying someone was available early, so I rushed over.

When I arrived, the workers told me it was actually $89 per system—not $89 total. Annoying, but fine. Then one of them suddenly said I also had to pay $812 more for the plumbing inspection alone—nearly $900 total! He was pushy and tried to bully me into agreeing. Thankfully the other worker seemed more reasonable. I refused, of course.

Shortly after, the office called to ask if I still wanted the HVAC inspection for $89 even though I canceled the first. I confirmed multiple times that it wouldn’t be more than that price. I waited another hour for them to come but then they called and canceled, saying it wouldn’t happen unless I paid the $900 plumbing fee.

This company lies about pricing, cancels last minute, and tries to strong-arm customers into outrageous charges. Absolute fraud.

Alberto and his team were terrific. They replaced my air conditioner, it was a two day job. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and were very patient as I asked questions to understand how everything worked. I hope I never have to buy a new air conditioner, but if I had to I would definitely have Moffett Plumbing do the work.

Overall, OK experience the plumber was nice and knowledgeable when we booked a technician to come out to give us a quote not once was it mentioned that we were going to be charged a $90 fee not only until after the end of the appointment where we told and given no Choice to pay
