GREAT experience! Water heater maintenance & clog removal perfectly executed. Robby & Kevin were fast, professional and even the chihuahua loved them. And she's always right. 💕

I called Moffett Plumbing today with a clogged bathroom sink problem. (We had tried the liquid plumber several times & it was a more severe clog) Moffett was able to send out 2 plumbers Joseph & Thomas! (the same day)
Joseph & Thomas were very polite & knowledgeable -they knew what to do. They assessed the situation & recommended my options. They used the snake method & my sink is working wonderfully! Thank you Joseph & Thomas!

Walter was incredibly efficient, professional and friendly. He came quickly, assessed the plumbing situations and even assessed beyond what I asked. He fixed what was needed! Pricing was a bit high, but it is what it is. Thank you!!

Plumbing service isn’t something anyone looks forward to, but our technician, Vince is a great guy and personable without being pushy and annoying. I really appreciated him and the service provided.

I can recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air without hesitation. There were problems with the thermostate I chose. But, the technicians (several) worked tirelessly to get things running properly. It ultimately required replacing the Ecobee thermostat with a simpler Honeywell unit. Mark was in constant communication with me regarding any issue I may have had.
Later, I needed a Qualified Manufacturer ID in order to get a tax benefit for installing my energy efficient HVAC system. Chris Rodriguez took the time and effort to get the document to me in a timely manner.

I’m happy with Brian’s work and efficiency. He was very knowledgeable and explained all the options. The sudden downpour of rain didn’t interfere with his work and everything turned out great.

David Recino was the best tech I've ever had at this company. He didn't try to BS me or upsell me uneeded repairs like they always have in the past. The first tech we had out for a routine warranty inspector said we needed to replace our whole furnace system. This was 2 months after we replaced it and the AC using this company to the tune of 20k! 🤣🤣🤣

First Brian Rowles came out and diagnosed the problem. He was polite, informative and helpful. He told me that he and a technician would be back on Monday to install the part needed. Brian returned at time scheduled with the Technician Tanner who did the replacement. He also was polite, informative and helpful. I'm grateful that I found this plumbing company which does leak detection and my problem finally got resolved. ps - it wasn't a leak.

Brian and Thomas first came to my rescue the same day my tankless water heater stopped producing hot water, which was wonderful. They assessed the problem and went the extra mile to verify with the manufacturer that the work was being done to specifications. They were both courteous and kept me informed of what was being done and why.

Miguel took over final installation and he was also both professional and polite throughout the completion. I appreciate the responsiveness of Moffett Plumbing, especially how Jennifer kept me posted on my appointment and tech arrival times, plus the professionalism and expertise they provide.

Had a bad toilet leak before the holidays. Sherveen Arrived early and got everything plus some extras done very nicely. He explained the work needed clearly and was very friendly. Will use Moffett plumbing again.

This is the second time I’ve worked with Moffett Plumbing. Technicians are super trained And know what they’re doing. What I like most about using Moffett is that if a part is not on the truck, they have a courier bring it to the technician.

Moffett came out quickly when we had a leak and Vince and his team were fantastic and got us fixed up and back to normal quickly. Vince was great. Super knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Tanner came back out today to follow up and he was great as well. Thanks Moffett!

I called Moffett because I thought they were a good company. I got one quote the the boss said to add more for the hard job. So my quote went from 1400. To 2900. The technician was nice. But he had no idea how to fix my tub. I would never use this company. They care more about money then the client. I was charged 89.00 for nothing. Don't use this company.
