That guy Enrique is rude and condescending. I'm new here so how am I suppose to know what is where? If the client didn't want parts specifically from here I will never come back to here. Me and my partner werestuck at the store trying to purchase some stuff for an hour

What really sucks about this place, besides being the most expensive plumbing supply house in the nation, is the fact they don’t take tap as a form of payment. I mean this is a Fortune 500 company for crying out loud

We have been working with Petar Ivanov of Plumbing Installs for almost four years now. My parents also use him for plumbing services as well. We couldn't be more pleased with his professionalism, speedy service, and fair pricing. On one occasion, he came out on a Sunday to replace a part for our water filter. Because he had recently replaced our pressure regulator to fix a previous leak, he went out of his way to come on a non-working day and replaced the part for free, even though I insisted on paying him! It goes to show how much he cares about customer service, and I will and have referred to him to anyone who is in need of quality plumbing services. Thank you again, Petar!!!

Great service! Plumbing Installs has been nothing short of excellent. I've had them install a water heater, clean out my drains, and do an estimate for minor plumbing repairs. I needed a new tankless water heater. I called Petar and he quoted me a very nice price that was better other companies'. Don't let the low quote fool you. The new unit that Petar installed performed many folds better than my original heater. The performance definitely exceeded my expectations after I tested out the hot water. The ease of use of the Rinnai unit was also a plus.
Petar actually arrived 30 minutes before the appointment. Of course, he contacted me ahead of time prior to his early arrival. When he arrived, he assessed the situation and went straight to work. When I had conversed with him a few days prior, he gave me an estimated completion time of 5 hours or less. However, much to pleasant surprise, he completed installation in less than an hour. And that was by himself too!
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work that Petar and his company, Plumbing Installs, have done. Petar was very honest, professional, and direct. I could tell that he showed great mastery of his plumbing skills. Not only was his work fast, he also provided exceptional quality and his pricing was very low. This is the trifecta of a great business: quality, fast turnaround, and low price.
I'll definitely continue to do business with this company in the future if and whenever necessary.

Great job installing our aqua sauna water filter. Super responsive and fast. Had an issue afterwards with our sprinklers (an old issue with the house, no result of their plumbing) and Peter responded immediately and came to find the issue and fix. Really stand up service. Totally reccommend!

Petar recently installed my whole house water filtration system and water softener. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of the work he did--right from the beginning he clearly communicated when he would arrive and what he would do. Moreover, he was punctual, efficient, and, most importantly, very capable and effective. In addition, he is very friendly and professional. I will be calling him for any plumbing needs I have in the future. He really seems like someone you can count on. Pricing was very fair, too.

I highly recommend the Plumbing installs company. They installed a tankless water heater and a salt free water softener. They were very professional, on time, gave us a competitive quote , responded very quickly to any emails, texts or calls and most importantly did a great job on the installation. There were some really old connectors and pipes that Mario also replaced for us, so we didn't need to deal with another plumber. Thanks to Plumbing installs we have greatly improved our water needs!

Petar did an amazing job installing a SpringWell salt-free water softener system. He is very knowledgeable and was able to re-structure my piping to where I could easily have a water filter system introduced at a later time. He was on time and completed the install in about 1.5 hours. Can’t wait to experience the results of this system. Will definitely hire him again for additional plumbing needs.

I ordered a Springwell whole home water filter system. Springwell recommended Plumbing Installs as they are a certified installer. I live far away from the Springwell service area, however Petar still came out to do the install. Professional, knowledgeable, on time and communicative. Great work thank you!

Petar, is very knowledgeable and responsive. His work is top notch, and his fees are very reasonable. I have been using his company and their services for 2 years now, and he has installed 2 under the sink water filtration system, water heater, dishwasher, and our salt water treatment system. Haven’t had a single issue with his work. All was performed professionally and with great care. I highly recommend Petar for all your your plumbing needs.

This is the second time I’ve had called on Petar. The first time was when he did maintenance on my tankless and showed me how to do it myself. Well, that 15 years old tankless finally started dying (more hard water issues and it finally started to leak from the bottom). He was able to come out the same day after we communicated what I needed and wanted. The service was fast and great. I would recommend Petar and his company for any of your plumbing needs.

This was the best service I have ever received from any contractor. I used Petar about 4 years ago to install a water heater in my condo. It went so well I saved his card, and called him again to replace another one at a second house. I’m so glad I did. He was here the next day and finished in about an hour. His price was very fair and reasonable. It looks and works fantastic. I absolutely positively recommend him.
