Roto Rooter came out on a Sunday and cleared out a stopped drain and toilet and reinstalled the toilet. Very fast and friendly service. Thanks guys.

I contacted Roto-Rooter to address a leak and was very dissatisfied with both the quality of service and the charges. During the drying process, a dehumidifier was set up without a tray underneath, resulting in standing water in my kitchen for an entire day.

Despite this error, I was billed over $11,000. The scope of work primarily consisted of laying down protective paper, spraying antimicrobial solution, installing two plastic zippered doors, and placing a few fans and dehumidifiers. For the amount charged, the services provided were minimal and did not justify the cost.

In addition to the excessive charges, the oversight caused further water damage, which is unacceptable from a professional restoration company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
