Great experience with the company. The company came to my house twice, once for the shower and once for the hot water tank. They fixed the problem. Polite and friendly plumbing technicians. It was well priced and the value of the work performed (especially in comparison to other estimates) was excellent. Overall good experience. I have had some bad experiences before in Austin. At least, based on my own experience, I'd recommend it and hope that anyone who reads this has a positive experience.

Amanda was very pleasant when I called Sunshine for my furnaces to be inspected at my rental property. Jerry was professional, friendly and also had a great attitude. I was under a deadline and wanted the inspection completed asap. Jerry serviced both furnaces for me and gave me an itemized report to show buyers. I was very pleased with my experience.

Jerry was amazing. What a smart, nice youngster. He was able to find the issue with the gas valve on my new furnace. He also addressed the noise coming from my air conditioning unit. I'll be watching how it works next summer. I gave him 10 stars.

Max provided us with excellent service! Max was friendly, polite, and prompt. He did an excellent job. He took it upon himself even to wheel our garbage bin to the rear of the house:). These little things go a long way in customer service. Max will be our first choice for any plumbing work.

Ryan did an excellent job. He was out to install the sink in my garage. He also solved a drainage problem that had plagued our kitchen for quite some years. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied.

Giovanni was a professional who fixed a problem with our tub which our previous plumber couldn't figure out. He was very knowledgeable and knew what the problem with our tub's pipes were. He replaced a section to make sure we wouldn't have any more leaks. Giovanni is a great guy and I am grateful for all his hard work.

The drains in our house were completely clogged up on 4th July. Our shower was backed up with water. Warren cut short his family vacation to drive two hours each way for us. And he did a fantastic job. He deserves my gratitude.
