The water heater isn’t giving consistent hot water. I contacted this drain cleaners and the technician flushed part of the tank. He noticed some sediment inside that might need a more thorough cleaning. It’s better than before, but it’s clear that another visit will be needed.

They speak English, Spanish, Vietnamese. It's a very good place to buy parts. They do delivery as well. They have a good variety of parts.

Our technician Gary knew exactly what we needed done... & how to do it. Expertly & efficiently. He did the work in a very timely manner & fixed our old outdated & very leaky pressure regulator. Fast response, and Manny walked me through the whole procedure of replacing the guts of the shower hot and cold handles, inside the wall of the shower. The gentleman that was sent to our home was Gary Stevens. We had a leak in our tenant bathroom and Gary explained the issue thoroughly and informed us that it was a fairly easy fix. He was fast and effective and we will probably ask for him to return if/when another issue occurs.
