This company provides awesome customer service. Always available, and super responsive. Ramon has done so much work on my home. Replaced my water heater, even suggested and installed drain for my water heater to avoid future water leaks inside my home. He's changed out my toilet bowls and done vanity installs for me. He is meticulous with his work which i appreciate very much. I trust him with all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend him!

Great and Reliable:) Highly recommended. We had a pluming issue in the middle of night . I called multiple pluming companies and everyone stated they will come tomorrow but neighbor gave me rc3 pluming. I called him and he came to help me out within 20 minutes. Very generous and great customer service. He also recommended to get epoxy done and I did it for very region able price . Now he is my plumber for life.

First-class service! Our 17year old 50gallon Water heater stopped working and started leaking. Ramon (owner) came out here within an hour of calling him. He explained what was wrong with the heater and the leak. He gave us 2 options of changing it with another 50gallon and bringing everything up to code or having a Tankless Water Heater with the City Permit pulled which we didn’t have to worry about it Ramon took care of. We went with the Tankless Water Heater and let me tell you we don’t regret it a bit. I would highly recommend Ramon for your plumbing services!

RC 3 is professional and gets the job done . They came and fixed everything I needed fixed under the house . They showed me before and after pictures . All the debris was picked up and everything was clean. I also had work done to a 578 square feet addition to my home . They installed all the new plumbing and vents needed and we were good to go within days .

We needed to have the main sewer line replaced for a 4-unit apartment building and working with Ramon was fabulous. Tried to call to request a plumber, someone picked up the phone and hung up. When I tried to call back 4 times the line was busy. If you're too busy to answer the phone let it go to voicemail, don't hang up and leave off the hook.

Scheduled a camera and plumbing inspection and they were a no show and no call that they weren't going to make the appointment. So rescheduled giving them benefit of doubt. They showed up and "discovered" camera equipment not working. In escrow so this inspection was urgent and their issues caused us delay.
