Richard came out for a gas leak issue. BUT, to our surprise no leak and no charge..You can't expect better service than that...Honestly goes a long way !!

I had a drain clogging issues Joseph came out cleared the drain out and camera scoped the sewer and gave me a solution to prevent sewer clogs in my drain. I Definitely recommend Elite plumbing and hydro-jetting for plumbing problems. Thanks Elite

Quick response in a pinch. He responded at 8 at night and got my plumbing issues resolved. Once he got my drain clear on the emergency, he followed up with quick response to make sure my issue was resolved. Joesph was great. I appreciate all his efforts.

I called them out for my water heater because it wasn't Turning on. The technician came with his helper and was able to get me set up with some hot water before I went to bed. The had some fair prices for the job
They were really friendly and they explained to me how to use the water heater if it ever needs to be turned on again.

Called Elite to hydro jet my kitchen sink. Richard came to my house and was early, and very professional. He was ready and prepared with a bucket for the nasty, black, stinky blow back. When he was done he ran a camera down the line to show it was clear and clean. I was impressed with Richard and for sure when I need hydro jetting again, I will call Richard and Elite Plumbing and Hydro Jet.

I first contacted Elite plumbing because we had a huge plumbing issue. Richard was God sent for us, he got to the problem and did a great job. We have gotten many plumbing issues solved with Richard. He is the best plumber and very professional. He has done many jobs for us now and I would definitely recommend him. Had a clogged up kitchen sink mostly due to old galvanized pipes which led me to Elite. So based on several great Yelp reviews and their close proximity to my location I decided to give Elite a try and man was I impressed & satisfied with this service beyond my expectations!! From the easy phone conversation the previous night with Joseph setting up the call & all the way to the completion of the job by Richard, it was a great experience! The quote was very reasonable, even though the job ended becoming a bit more complicated, again due to the old pipes & neglect over the years, but Richard gave me peace of mind and explained in detail on what was needed and solved a lot of issues & went above & beyond with his professionalism and attention to detail!! The hydro-jetting was very thorough and very necessary in my situation. Will definitely use again , do NOT pass these guys up! Thank you Joseph & especially superstar Richard! ✌🏼

Richard and his crew seriously came through for my family this weekend. On Friday night I smelled gas and did what you are supposed to do, I called the gas company. I honestly did not realize that meant they would shut my gas off immediately. And of course, the Super Bowl was two days away.

Richard came out the same night, and it was already dark, but he still got started right away. He told me he would be back in the morning, and he kept his word. He showed up with two other guys who clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they were out there working on it all day. They cleanly dug up the lawn and were even able to put it back with nothing more than a line showing on our lawn to keep the aesthetics.

They told us to call the gas company even though it was Saturday, and the gas company actually came out. The best part is the gas company inspector said the work was really well done and checked everything. We had our gas back on and running in time to enjoy the Super Bowl, which was a huge relief. Richard even made sure I gave him a ring to let him know everything was alright. By the time he was done, I felt like I was working with family more than a stranger. Richard and his guys are all just nice down to earth good people.

On top of that, their prices were better than what my neighbors paid for a similar situation, so it was not just good service, it was fair pricing too. I am definitely using Richard and his team again, and I would recommend them if you want people who show up fast, do clean work, and get it done right.
