I had an emergency broken water pipe in the middle evening and needed to repair the damage ASAP. I called several companies and they all wanted to send a technician the following day. After calling General Service Plumbing they sent a plumber immediately. He was able to diagnose the cause of the damage and gave me a great price. I was extremely satisfied with the professional service. I recommend them for anyone in need of any plumbing services.

General Service Plumbing Whittier has always been one of my favorite plumbers in the area. They are reliable, efficient, and usually do a good job. When I had to get a water heater replaced, they were there in no time and did an excellent job.

Service Plumbing is the best water heater repair in Whittier and is the best price out there. I am a retired plumber so I have used several different companies over the years, but Service Plumbing has always provided me with excellent service every time. When you hire a plumber they are trained to make sure everything is working properly and they are constantly checking to make sure it's working properly.

My water heater tank broke down, the gas control and pilot assembly needed replacement. I got the parts from my warranty and needed a replacement job done. I started shopping around and got some ridiculous quotes until finally, Eddie here gave me a great fair price. He was professional, courteous and answered all my questions. We scheduled the work the next day and they kept up communication the whole time, arrived on time, got to work right away and finished the job. Everything is working great no issues, they stuck to their quote and no hassles. Thank you very much for coming to the rescue. Repeat customer has been earned.

I called them for drain cleaning after I had taken quotes from 5 service providers. Their charges were the most attractive. Apart from that, their service was fast and effective. Another reason I will hire them again is their patience. My younger sister asked their technician too many questions and he took the time to answer all the questions smiling all throughout. As far as am concerned, that is the highest level of professionalism.

Even though they are timely and their charges are considerate, what I love most about their staff is their vast knowledge. I needed to replace a water heater and needed a professional advice. This guy ran me through the pros and cons of each brand/model of water heaters. I eventually chose a slightly more expensive water heater, I am glad I did because it works great

Had to make a late night request for plumbing help when we had to shut water off to the house due to a broken shower handle. Joseph responded right away and assured us he would contact us first thing in the morning. He called us at 8:00am and scheduled an appointment to have his tech arrive between 11:00 and 12:00pm.. Paul arrived at 11:45am and quickly reviewed the problem. He gave as a fair cost estimate, and did a great job at repairing and replacing the broken shower cartridge. It was a difficult job, but Paul’s perseverance and pride in his work overcame a nasty broken shower valve cartridge. We wouldn’t hesitate to contact So Cal Plumbing & Rooter for our future needs.

Would highly recommend. Had a water heater issue and call Socal Plumbing and they were able to come out quickly. They came and explained what was happening. They were able to get and install a new water heater. I am very happy with everything.

My water heater went out. Our technicians Greg and Oscar came out and replaced the old one with a new water heater. The job was done fast and professional. They also were very nice and explained everthing. I highly recommend So Cal Plumbing and Roorter if you have to replace an old water heater!
