I have been using Daniel Cordova for many, many years..(Even before they were called "Draniac"-He is a second generation plumber and they really CAN do it all, and to it promptly, expertly, and reasonably!

We had a bad water leak and needed to have the house repiped, he handled that in addition to having any holes in the walls/ceiling fixed. He also changed 3 of the faucets. We've been going to him for over 10 years and he's always given us a good price and has done great work.

This repair required the replacement of a toilet with a cracked tank. The employee who came to our house was friendly and knowledgeable, and the receptionist who took my call was very helpful. I was able to get the appointment at the time I wanted, and the service rep who did the work was knowledgeable and gave me four alternatives for repairing and replacing, There was full disclosure on pricing, and no one tried to cross-sell. I appreciate the opportunity to get an ADA-certified replacement.

I have called Daniel Cordova for several repairs. Most recent I needed a new hot water tank and I am so glad I called Drainiacs. They were so professional. On time, priced right and added safely straps which I had been living without for aslong as I had my 30 year old version. My heater is in my hallway and when they finished, the same day, you would never had known they were they. Not a trace of water, dirt anything left behind. I am a happy camper.
