Memo from R.K. Knight plumbing repaired my tub and shower leak. His work was extremely professional in every way. He explained everything thoroughly and was very respectful and polite. R.K. Knight now has a new regular customer.

We've been using RK Knight, family run company for many years. We especially like Art and always ask for him. He does excellent work, very knowledgeable, and a great guy! We had a gas leak and the Gas Co shut us down! I immediately called RK Knight. For those of you who don't know, plumbers also repair/replace gas lines. Art was able to complete the job in half the time he thought and less than what he quoted! Yay!

I had a leak at copper joint in wall I needed to get fixed as soon as possible. I called R.K. Knight Plumbing and they were at my house in about 20 mins. Art and Robert were very professional. They fixed the problem in just over an hour. They were fast and efficient. Great quality work with a warranty. So if you want fast and efficient, I highly recommend R.K. Knight Plumbing.

Came to unclog shower tub broke a pipe said they would be back to fix it never came back

This is not a good company. Was to come out for issue. Called 7 times, left messages and never got a call. They can't even call you. Sure don't want you to work on my house.

If you use them you were probably forced by a home warranty company. I have no words other than, just say no!

I called them on a Monday morning around 9am. The secretary got my name and contact number, saying that they will call me back. The next day, I didn’t get any call back, so I called them in the afternoon 3x but nobody answered.

They do not provide a warranty for their service, and simply do not care if the customer is satisfied or not, or if they are experiencing trouble or an issue with their service. They DO NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. They only procedure that they have right--is the procedure of how to take your money. That is the most important aspect of the transaction to them.

Terrible service, unacceptable work ethic, completely unprofessional!

This company has incompetent and rude technicians and office staff. Since they couldn't fix the problem the first time, they had to come out several times, but never fixed the issue. They wasted so much of our time because we had to coordinate our busy work schedule to accommodate their multiple visits.

Jose, who is supposed to be a lead technician, was rude and condescending to my family. He left in the middle of a job saying he needed to get a part and never came back and never informed us of the job status. We were furious about Jose, so we requested another technician. Michael was nicer but he did not know how to fix the problem either, came without proper tools and we had to loan him our tools from home. It's beyond me how a plumber can show up to a job without plumbing tools.

The most appalling thing was that they fabricated the report to home warranty indicating that the the problem was fixed. When I spoke with the office manager, Marlene, she kept blaming me by saying that I should have called them more often to get a technician out again. It is THEIR job to contact the customer to get the job done, not mine, especially if it's due to their incompetent technicians! They have absolutely no integrity in their work and lying on an official report to get out of a job while getting paid and blaming the customer is as low as it gets.

Home warranty, First American, was equally useless in resolving this matter. They were going to reassign Abe's Plumbing and we would rather live with broken plumbing than deal with this terrible company and everyone that works there. How are they still in business and why are they getting away with so much wrongdoing? I am truly appalled by this company. They should feel ashamed of themselves, but I bet they are not capable of feeling any remorse for causing so much harm and inconvenience to other people's lives.

Camden was excellent and provided explanations with fantastic precision! I am grateful for him and the time he dedicated to clarifying exactly what the issue was. He also took time to answer all my plumbing queries! He was polite and respectful too in Whittier.

i had to urgently replace my main sewer line which had completely collapsed. on a Tuesday midday, i reached out to roger. By the afternoon, Camden was already here for an initial check-up. Come Thursday afternoon, our new sewer line was fully functional. Camden and Zachary, who handled the job, impressed me immensely. They worked diligently and expertly, even when faced with several unexpected hurdles. i am very thankful and would highly recommend their services in Whittier.

My daughter managed to locate a plumber for our persistently blocked shower, which would create a puddle around your feet within the first minute of usage. We had speculated that the issue could lie with the grout since liquid solutions didn't seem to be effective. plumber roger arrived in Whittier to evaluate the problem with my tap. He suggested a full replacement of the faucet instead of just patching up the leak. The cost seemed reasonable and it didn't take him too long to complete the work. roger also noted that my sink required resealing and handled that too. i'm pleased with the plumbing services he provided, and i plan to call on them in the future.

This plumbing service truly exceeded my expectations. I had been without hot water for a fortnight while dealing with building warranty issues in Whittier. Finally, I decided to call upon their services. Zachary installed a new water heater for me within a day. Their labor charges were quite reasonable. Their plumbing skills are commendable. I'm penning this feedback a bit late due to some health complications. On May 6, 2018, I had a sudden leak springing from my kitchen ceiling. A representative from Aaron & Sons Plumbing & Electric, a wonderfully competent plumber named Roger, came to my rescue. He was courteous and quickly knew what needed to be done. The cost was reasonably affordable and they even recommended a handyman to address the other issues. Today is July 29, 2018, and I find myself facing another plumbing crisis on a Sunday here in Whittier. I'll be back to share my review and acknowledge the plumber's efforts in ensuring fair labor and parts. Look out for my upcoming review!

Zachary and Roger were such helpful and pleasant guys to have come mend my kitchen pipes. Initially, it seemed like a simple job but it ended up being quite a bit more. They were comprehensive and discovered another drip at the peak of the base of the sink underneath. They also corrected that one and found another damaged seal. My sink is over 40 yrs old and cutting the old pipes was required to fix it. They were nice polite fellas and helpful and kind. Under the new ownership, this company has been providing excellent service and i will definitely engage them again and refer my family and friends in Whittier! Thank you, thank you.
