Memo did a great job at troubleshooting, and identifying our plumbing issues. Everything performed was explained in great detail with full transparency, and urgency. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism, communication, and ability to explain the plumbing issues as well as the operations performed. Also gave great solutions on how to fix the issue long term to avoid these issues in the future.

We were looking for a good plumber for our gas leak. We had several come over and give us quotes, but R.K Knight was the most fair as far as price and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The others we had seen were questionable. As soon as we gave them the green light, Lou (the plumber), immediately started digging. He was excellent! It took 2 days and it was done. The work was done perfectly! My favorite thing about this company was the thank you card we received days later that was manually signed. In this fast paced world, nobody ever takes the time to do this. Makes me really think they value their customers and their business! Very impressed! We would absolutely use them again!!

We had multiple toilets inspected and one had to be pulled, reset and sealed to stop the leaks. Service was impeccable! The home office answered and scheduled us quickly. Our plumber Shawn arrived the next day early and prepared with everything he needed. He inspected the toilets, explained the issues and gave us a fair quote (less expensive than many of the other ones we got) and got to work. He was done in around an hour with everything looking spotless.

We have an old house so plumbing issues are going to happen, but we're glad to have found reliable plumbers to call!

Recently, we had Memo and Randy out to “hydrojet” our main sewer line after a root intrusion. Everything is unclogged and flowing smoothly now… Thank you Memo and Randy for a great job on our home!

R.K. Knight has now been our “go to” plumber for 20 years. We had Memo perform our annual Diamond Club inspection and found him to be very friendly, helpful, and conscientious. After the inspection and our routine water heater flush, we decided to replace a diverter in one of our bathroom showers. The work was performed professionally and the shower now works like new! Memo also took the time to carefully show us a written report of everything that was inspected. We have great confidence in R.K. Knight Plumbing and think Memo is a great addition to their team!

Our plumber Art was amazing. Informative, friendly, & efficient. He answered all our questions, gave us all our options for repair/replacement of our water heater and took care of it all in a couple hours. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with service. Called in for service, and the serviceman came promptly. Mr. Ronnie (during the writing of this review, come to learn he is the owner himself) evaluated the piping of the main gas line. And projected an action plan to resolve our issue. Service was scheduled the next day once our side was able to confirm the pricing and we called in to accept. Arrived promptly the next day, 2 service men came out. Mr. Ronnie and Mr. Memo. All went according to plan and both servicemen worked promptly and advised us at the front door when the job was done. I went out to check the work done and can confirm it is the work that was advised of. Thank you so much. Great communication and excellent service. Memo did an excellent job, troubleshooting a very puzzling leak and resolving the issue. His demeanor is very professional, his knowledge extensive, and he is quite personable as well. He exercised great care about the surroundings and cleaned up the work area immaculately on completion. Well done!

Randy was honest about what was needed to complete the job he educated me on what was done and the price was better than two other estimates that I received. Plus he threw in a few extra small jobs. Job well done. I will definitely use RK Knight Plumbing in the future.

Saturday morning and the plumbing decided to plug up. Only one company to call, RK Knight! Called their office and Ronnie had Art at our house right away. Art explained everything in detail and took care of clearing out the roots choking our pipe. They are professional , do quality work, and give honest recommendations.
