On Memorial Day we smelled gas by the gas meter. My son -in-law said he knew who to call. He called R K Plumbing early Tuesday and expressed my urgency to have a pro come to fix the problem ! I was pleased that I was able to get an appointment! A pro named Shawn came to my home. He was very friendly and professional. I showed him where we smelled gas and he went to work looking for the leak. I told Shawn that I was very concerned and he assured me that He found it and explained what had to be done. I asked questions and Shawn was very patient and answered all of them. He gave me a quote and I agreed to start the job. He let me know when the job was complete so I went to check it out. I saw a new handle and fittings. The area was clean and I could not smell gas anymore. I was so relieved that Shawn fixed the problem. I have a great plumbing company now that can fix any future issues. I will request Shawn.

Memo was prompt, efficient and professional. He kept me well informed all throughout.

What a great experience doing business with R.K.. Knight. I called this morning to see if someone could come give me an estimate for a new water heater and garbage disposer. Within one-half hour two great technicians (Art and Robert) were here. They said they could do the job right away today! They explained everything thoroughly and did such a great job installing both the water heater and garbage disposer.
It's so nice to deal with a local business and one that has been in business for so many years. I read many of their customer reviews prior to calling and those alone convinced me this was the right place to call.
I would highly recommend using them for whatever your plumbing need might be!

This was my first time using this plumbing company and I am happy that I chose them to assist with my plumbing needs. Memo was assigned to my work order and after a few minutes talking with him, I knew I was in good hands. His first visit was to determine how to carry out the changes I wanted/needed to make and after accepting the written estimate, his 2nd visit was to complete the work, Everything was done in a timely manner. Memo is very easy to talk to and he’s a good listener.He is a definite asset to his employer RK Knight Plumbing. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for any future plumbing needs!

Sean and Robert did a great job. I called and they responded within 25 minutes, they fixed the problem in 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company.

Shawn was not sure if the job was going to take all day or not. He was afraid that he would need to break out a portion of the wall. In addition the cabinet refinishers had tossed out a needed part to attach the disposal!! Shawn called the office to see if they had an extra of the missing part, and Mr. Knight brought it over. I call that service!!! Shawn was able to loosen the rusted pipes and in about two hours, I heard the water in the kitchen sink and the disposal running!! I am really grateful to have such a reputable company close by!! Thank you Shawn, and Knight Plumbing!

Had a backup in my kitchen sink that my 25ft auger could not reach. Memo came out to get the job done with a very fast turnaround. Price is slightly higher than others in the area but the experience was great.

These guys are awesome! They didn’t make us wait to diagnose the problem. Shawn did everything possible within an hour of calling and when the parts he said we needed arrived, he got the job done with another hour. After weeks of waiting on another team to help us we finally have hot showers thanks to these guys, thank you!

Great service, very efficient and hard workers. Art was the first guy who came out and assessed the situation, then Robert came. Out with art. They repaired everything that we needed. Will definitely use them again. We have used them in the past also. Everybody at R.K. Knight is so pleasant to talk to. The wife is tickled to death. Great job guys.

My in-laws had a plumbing issue and I advised them to contact a local smaller plumbing company. The quote they received from another company seemed suspicious to me. Also the other company shut their water off and said they couldn't be back for a few days, that's unacceptable. They called R.K. Knight and they came out withing 24 hours! Repaired the issue within 2 hours and the bill was more than fair!! Super impressed with the integrity from this company. I told my in-laws to just use R.K. for now on if they have any issues. I despise people that try to rip-ff the elderly and the other company should be ashamed of themselves. Thank you R.K Knight you guys are great!!

We recently hired Knight Plumbing for a significant plumbing project in our 99-year-old mother's home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

From the very beginning, the owner, Ronnie, took the time to sit down with us, answer all of our questions, and listen to our concerns. He was even willing to revise aspects of the contract to make sure we felt comfortable moving forward -- something we really appreciated.

I am glad I called RK Knight plumbing to hydro-flush our sewer pipes. I called on a late afternoon and Memo arrived on time the following morning. We had a severe backup due to debris in the pipes. Memo explained the detailed process thoroughly and was honest about what had transpired. Along with Randy assisting, the pipes were cleared through. I know it was a lot of hard work because it took a little longer to really flush the pipes out, due to the amount of debris inside. Memo is kind and professional. Randy is also very thorough! I’m glad they were both here to help one another.

We have found a plumbing company that can be counted on for assistance, for life.

We found water under our kitchen sink and could not find where it was coming from. It didn't take Memo no time at all to figure it out. They ordered the part needed and repaired the faucet for us.
