Mitch Clemens plumbing lives up to its name from the time I called yesterday randomly hoping I can be accommodated asap to unhook my disabled washer and dryer sitting in my garage lije an eyesore and with such ease right away I was scheduled for an appt which is in a Sunday morning by Miss Darlene? Sorry I forgot, exactly what I’m hoping for and instantly she cured my temporary anxiety! 😆 She was so easy to talk to and I could tell by her voice with a smile! This morning, I received a text message notifying me that Mr Fabian, was on his way with his picture his way even a little bit early signifying that he is a true professional who shows he cares your customers!! I told him he’s a trooper!!! He deserves a raise. In fact he did such an excellent job sbd a professional service!!! Very easy to talk to very professional. Very happy camper here! Thanks again Mr Fabian for such an excellent service going above and beyond. In fact, I’m so satisfied with his service that I maybe needing him again when my family and I relocate within this year.

The process of scheduling the technician was fast and easy. He showed up on time and did a good quality work, although I do feel the price is bit on higher side. Anyway glad to have the job done in prompt manner.

I had a leaky garbage disposal. I wanted it permanently removed. Also, my dishwasher couldn't be installed due to the installed valve on the wall. It needed to be redirected.I thought it was going to be so expensive. Guess what?? It was fairly priced!! Great job!!

Our plumber, Glen, was able to fix our leak in our soft water system in a timely fashion. He was very personable and polite. He also gave me some recommendations to get the most out of our salt water system.

I was very pleased with the service. The technician arrived on time. We were dealing with a clogged toilet in a one bathroom home. The technician came in and left with in 20 -25 minutes.
I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Also the price was very reasonable.

Received a tankless water heater yearly maintenance, friendly and straight forward staff members. They were nice and professional to work with. Didn’t try and upsell or anything just straight to the point.

Glen and his colleague came and diagnosed the problem quickly; the tankless water heater needed to be cleaned out/descaled. Process was straightforward and efficient; they did a good job. One faucet had a flow restrictor in it, which was not letting enough water pass through the hot water sensor; they removed the restrictor, and now water flows properly.

We had a great experience with Mitch Clemmons Plumbing for our sewer line replacement. Fabian was knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and clearly explained the whole project. Devin was helpful and efficient, and the job was completed just as promised. Highly recommend!

I have used Mitch for many years now and have always been satisfied with Mitch and all of his employees, past and present. I have always thought his prices were fair and competitive. However in this case I found his price to be on the high side for the service provided, which was hydro-jetting. I googled same service and found the average price was $400-$800, Mitch was $1100.

Gabriel came to our home yesterday and he was simply wonderful. He examined our leaking faucet, explained our options and got to work resolving our problem. He was quick and efficient, while at the same time thorough and completely competent. It was a real pleasure to work with him!
And our bill was less than 1/3 of what another plumber had quoted (the “frozen valves” that they claimed needed to be replaced were easily turned by Gabriel and that other companies shadiness really disheartening.
A trusted friend recommended Mitch Clemmons, saying their work was always exemplary and he was so right!!

Gabriel was knowledgeable and very personal. He communicated everything perfectly and finished in a timely manner. He found another issue with our pressure relief valve coming into the house and recommended replacing it, which we did. I could not recommend Mitch Clemmons plumbing more and especially Gabriel. A job well done.

The problem we were having was that we weren’t getting hot water from the faucets farthest away from our Navien tankless water heater. Another plumber correctly diagnosed the problem s a recirculation issue, but said the only solution was to install a different water heater at a different location where it could be connected directly to the existing recirculation line. He quoted a price of nearly $7,000. I decided to get a second opinion from Mitch Clemmons because the Navien website listed them as certified in Navien water heaters. Fabian came out and almost immediately recognized that the recirculation settings on my unit were not correct. He called Navien and made the adjustments. That completely solved my problem for just the $250 service call charge. I was extremely impressed with the Mitch Clemmons’ plumbers professional attitude and competence, and I highly recommend them.
