Crank it to 11. Lanai did a superb job replacing our aging deck & shoring up foundation of home extensions that had been built on top of it. Neighbors on both sides are jealous & city inspector said it was the best deck he'd ever seen. Came in on budget in a reasonable time frame and were extremely patient with us as we changed our minds about several design issues, working with us to get it right. Worth every penny. These peeps rock!!

We have worked with zenith on a number of commercial retrofit jobs and our experience has been nothing but positive and overall enjoyable.
As a general contractor we find zenith to be of the better engineers we’ve worked with as they are good at communication and providing guidance throughout the our jobs, which makes for a smoother process.

Ilan did a fantastic job installing pavers for our driveway and back patio with planter beds and steps. He was the project manager and he was awesome in making sure that all of the work met our expectations. They also started and ended the work exactly on time. We couldn't be happier. We had a medium size area in our side yard that we wanted to make more usable. After deciding on pavers I proceeded to meet with about 8 different landscaping companies. Prices ranged quite substantially. After meeting with Ilan, his professionalism and expertise really impressed me. He also moved some irrigation lines and electrical lines that were already In ground. Him and his crew are very good, extremely fast and I would highly recommend them. Last but not least Ilan had the most competitive rate of everyone I met with. We are super happy

We wanted to extend the paver work that was already done for our driveway to include an unused side yard and front door walk way. From start to finish, this company exceeded our expectations. Ilan met with us on time and provided excellent knowledge and an overview of the project. He also lead the team were onsite on every day that the installers were here. They even showed us how to maintain the pavers properly (we had no idea!) NOTE: These guys were not the cheapest bid. We just had a good feeling about them and we don't regret it one bit!

These guys are amazing. Uber professional. Know what they are doing. Attentive and responsible at every stage of the demo and build. We had our entire driveway and side of house have pavers installed. Replaced the lawn and replace the sprinkler system. They advised on best solutions and gave us options. They were in and out as per promised schedule and did an excellent, clean job. Thank you!

We met with a handful of contractors for our backyard remodel and right away we knew that we wanted to go with Ilan. He wasn't pushy and car-salesmany like all the other guys. He had a lot of experience and was very down to earth and relatable. He had a plethora of projects to show us offhand that were exactly what we were looking for. I felt he was the only one who really understood our vision and could build out the scope of work from A-Z.

We had a tree removed, OLD asphalt removed, installed pavers/paver lights, vaulted hot tub with a deck build around it. They painted our concrete walls and repainted our peeling and rusted gate, Installed an outdoor TV, built an outdoor BBQ, stuccoed and installed all the gas/electricity for the BBQ and hot tub.

Moda Outdoor Living installed pavers in our driveway. Ilan was very good at answering all our questions. His crew came in on time and demo'd the driveway and placed base rock the first day. They began placing the pavers the second day and completed the border (on concrete) the third day. They applied the seal coat on the fourth day. The project was completed in just four days. The crew was very efficient and professional. They cleaned up the work site after each day. The project was completed on time and we are very happy with the result. I would recommend Ilan and his crew for your paver projects.

I had a great experience with Moda Outdoor who paved my driveway. It was a pleasure working with Elan who was very professional, responsive, answered all of my many questions, and provided plenty of samples and suggestions. The crew was very professional and my driveway just looks amazing! My neighbors have even commented on how great it came out. Their price was very competitive.

We reached out to Elan a couple years ago for a quote on our backyard to replace some very old concrete pool decking and to install some artificial turf. He was extremely responsive and quick to come out and chat with us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we decided to postpone the project for a year. When we circled back to Elan a year later to pick back up on the project, he was just as prompt and professional as our previous interaction. We moved forward with the project and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. We encountered a few obstacles and even changed the backyard design half way through the project. He handled the change seamlessly and professionally without making us feel problematic. Throughout the entire project he was communicative, always easy to reach and professional.

I'm not usually one to write reviews--more of a researcher—but I feel compelled to give credit where it's due. Working with Moda on my home's hardscape and landscaping has been a breath of fresh air, especially after enduring 18 months of construction nightmare. Before I even signed the contract, I met with Ilan three times. He was always prompt, listened carefully, and really understood what I wanted to achieve.

The reason I'm writing this review now is because of how Ilan and his team are handling an unexpected issue with the metal gates (which wasn't their fault) prioritizing my experience as a client over profit--something that's rare to see in business.

Whenever the crew is on-site, they're courteous, respectful of my property, and always leave the place clean.
