We recently removed our Jacuzzi, which left a large concrete area that needed to be patched to match the existing used brick. Ilan came out within two days. He gave us a reasonable quote and within two days his crew started. They understood exactly what we wanted and the type of materials we wanted. They finished the job within two days. The quality of the job was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. They provided all materials and cleaned up at the end of each day. We could not be happier. I would highly recommend them !

We just worked with Moda Outdoor Living for back yard pavements. Ilan’s response is very prompt and helpful. After my call, the 2nd day, he showed up and gave us suggestions of how to do the pavements and example pavement materials. After we decided to proceed, his team is very responsive with the removal, hauling and pavements. The project completed within 2 weeks, and quality is very satisfactory! This is my first time working with a pavement company and it is very fortunate to find a responsible, hardworking and high-quality team. Definitely recommend.

Ilan did an amazing job installing turf, pavers, outdoor lighting, irrigation and leveling out our bumpy yard. It was a ton of work and we felt that their pricing was very fair compared to the rest of the market. The team was very respectful and cleaned up every single day. I will definitely refer Moda Outdoor Living to other people and use them again down the road.

We had a solid cement stoop (5 stairs high) outside our home removed. Moda Outdoor Living replaced it with a beautiful trek based porch and 5 stair stoop. Ilan made adjustments based on our requests and we are very happy with the work. They were done quickly with this painting project, and we are happy with the work. More stable railings were also installed to our front walk way which includes two sets of stairs. Again we are very happy with the work and how they look. Thank you!

We recently hired Moda Outdoor Living to renovate our backyard, and the transformation has been amazing. They installed high-quality artificial turf that looks and feels great, laid down beautiful pavers that give the yard a clean, modern look. The crew was professional and respectful of our property throughout the project. The communication was also great - Elan does a great job with providing real time updates and is available to answer questions anytime. With that said, the end result exceeded our expectations, and we’re thrilled with how everything turned out!

A long overdue review. Ilan said his crews would start the demo of our 1975 patio and that it would take 8-10 days to complete. He was right on time with his crew and equipment and they were done the following week. It was oh so hot, and his crews worked well together and were so nice to us in the process. I love our new patio and it is exactly what I had envisioned. As a long time realtor, I have seen many levels of workmanship and I respect people who do what they say they will do. Moda Outdoor Living stands behind their workers and their work. I am impressed.

We’ve been wanting to remodel our pool/backyard since we moved in almost 25yrs ago! I’ve been referring to this picture of a waterfall for almost 7yrs. Homeowners know you gotta take care of all the integrals first!🙄
Finally we got to it! We met with at least 5 different companies and decided to go with Moda Outdoor Living because of Elan Benor.
Having definite ideas of what you want may make a project a little more challenging for any outfit but Elan seemed to understand with enthusiasm what I was hoping for.
We moved forward and of course as renovations go,things arise that you have to work out and this is why I would go with MOL again. Elan genuinely wants you to be happy with the outcome. He’s willing to compromise and find solutions for your satisfaction!
We love our new backyard with the remodeled pool and new jacuzzi! Especially the double feature waterfall I designed. MOL made it happen!
Hats off to Montanez brothers for building it to my satisfaction and to Abe Sandoval for all the plumbing that provides the crazy light show when the sun goes down and puts everything in motion. Essentially bringing it to life!
The hot water comes through the waterfall and lands on my shoulders/back as requested! That’s what I’m talking about! We are loving the spa life in our own home! Thank you again Elan!

Elan at Moda was able to help me complete a 865sqft concrete slab rebar project during our ADU build. He was very professional and gave us a great value for the work that was completed. It was difficult because of rainy weather, time, and labor needed, but we were able to pull it off, pass our inspections, and complete the work within the promised amount of time. I would recommend Moda for any construction needs. They are definitely one of the better guys out there doing quality work as promised. Would definitely rehire again for more work or other projects. And for sure recommend to family and friends.

I couldn’t be happier with the transformation of my backyard! Initially, I was skeptical that my yard—which hadn’t been touched since the 70s—could be brought into the modern day. But these guys made it happen! From a comprehensive 3D design to construction and the final product, they handled everything with constant communication. They were patient with my questions and design changes throughout the process. The result is a fantastic backyard I love, and I feel like I’ve made some new friends along the way. Highly recommend!

When I first began my search for someone to redo my fence, I went through about eight bids. From my initial conversation with Steve, he immediately put me at ease with how he planned to handle the project. I wasn't completely sure about the fencing style I wanted, and I didn't know if they had much experience with that specific look.

Steve was on top of everything, he even helped me decide on the right type of wood. We ultimately went with Batu, which is a dense, durable hardwood often used for decking, and I think it was the best choice.

There were a few minor hiccups along the way, mainly due to some issues with the existing wall and how it was installed. My gate also isn't opening very well or impossible at times due to weather, but overall, the craftsmanship and quality are solid. I still need to seal the wood, but it's holding up really well. I wanted the color to mellow a bit before applying the sealant anyway.

All in all, I'd definitely use this company again. I'm really happy with how the fence turned out and excited to see how it holds up over the years. Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way I wanted. I'm very grateful and appreciative.

Moda Outdoor living completely renovated my backyard to include a new pool. I had an idea of the pool I wanted, However, I didn’t know what was possible. Their designer Ori sent us the rendering and we loved it. He included a waterfall, ficus trees, lighting, Pavers and artificial grass. Elan And Ari Had contractors coming out almost every day. If I had any questions, they were quick to Respond. Ari was instrumental in helping with the permitting process, which I was very grateful for Since the city and state have ridiculous requirements. We love our pool and backyard. A huge difference from the before pictures! I would definitely recommend Moda Outdoor living to anyone wanting to renovate their space.

I was looking around for so long for a good contractor and i can say is Valanti Constructions is definitely the one! From beginning to end everything ran so smoothly. The crew was extremely professional. It was a pleasure to have them in my home. I had my master bathroom remodeled and they were able to get the job done in a very short amount of time wich was great, and best part was how affordable it was. I would definitely recommend going to Valanti Constructions !

Completely took off the stairs to this play house since the wood was decomposing. Bought all new material and re-did everything so quickly. Re-painted the stairs and added grip. My boss is super impressed with the clean work. Would hire again.

I hired Mike to install the cabinet and countertop, which he did an amazing job. I really like how professional he is and has great sense of urgency, as well as communication, he went into specific details about what he was doing. Highly recommend!

Mike Valanti is everything you would HOPE to find in a contractor. He responded quickly to my inquiry, came to assess and give an estimate, started the job quickly, arrived every morning g on time, cleaned up EVERY night as if his Mother was arriving. I had been advised that what was causing the leak from my master bath shower stall could be a quick fix. It was leaking out into the bathroom and the hall. Mike realized the problem was much more under the shower floor and dug all the way down to the dirt to replace the shower pan. He had to carefully remove tile to only go 3 tiles up so that the rest of the shower stall would remain. He did an incredible job. His work was meticulous and it took him longer than he had originally planned. But the price remained his original estimate. He had to rebuild a tile step ans cut each tile exactly. It looks brand new. He put in a new drain and completely corrected what had caused the problem. I could not recommend anyone more highly than I rec Mike. Hiswork ethic, honesty and integrity was beyond my expectations. I will hire him again if I have an issues in my home.
