Ilan did our small yard paver project over a few days, transforming an unusable area to a beautiful patio. As others mentioned, they were able to work on the paver project way ahead of schedule and we were glad for that. Their crew were courteous, respectful of the neighborhood, tidy with their work, professional and did a fantastic job. They were quick to ask questions if they had any doubt about what we wanted done or how to handle drainage, etc.

We wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for your paving work; their work is top shelf, quick, reasonably priced, and well done. We'd call on them in a second IF we had more paver work on our small property. Needless to say, we are recommending them to our friends & neighbors (who watched the project over a few days and also commented about the beautiful, final product), who have been chatting about needing some paving work done.

Moda Outdoor Living did an amazing job tackling an extremely tough project. After buying our house in the hills we realized the swimming pool was in desperate need of a remodel. Ilan was willing to take on the challenge. After getting into it we decided to not only do the pool but do a complete remodel on the backyard. The results are better than we imagined! We now have a beautiful infinity edge pool, a modern zero edge spa, sunken firepit, huge outdoor kitchen, glass railing, new stucco, and a new travertine deck.

We had a great experience with Ilan’s team overall. We redid a long driveway with fence, irrigation, drainage and landscaping as well installing new pavers at the entrance to our home. Ilan and crew handled all of the hardscaping and drainage and we were thrilled with both the process and the results. They were professional, creative, collaborative, punctual and came in exactly on the projected budget. They worked independently while we were traveling and did a great job coordinated with the broader team of contractors working on the project. And most importantly, the work quality was A+. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with this remodeling team. I had an elevated backyard full of shrubbery and wanted to make use of the land. I got 6 quotes and Moda was not the cheapest, but came across as the most experienced. Their work was clean and on time. Ilan was always available if I had questions. Moda Outdoor Living recently did some work in our yard to lay artificial turf and add a concrete platform to the front. Ilan helped us think through what we wanted and had some great ideas to transform the space. He was also great when we went back and forth about recycling some stone pavers we had, and also suggested plants for us.

When it came to doing to work, They turned up on time and were incredibly professional over the several days of the job. Ilan was always contactable and would be on site each day in case I had questions. I highly recommend Moda and will be using them again for future work.

I had a tough time finding a landscaper who was responsive, reliable, and trustworthy for renovation of my front yard. I contacted Ilan after finding his company on Google, and all of the stellar reviews matched with my experience working with Ilan and his team. He always responded in a timely manner and was knowledgeable and transparent throughout the process, from advising us to hire a designer first to slotting us into his busy schedule and communicating about price. Once the actual work began, the whole thing took only three days while I was out at work during the day. It was so smooth and we are thrilled with the result. The only downside is that Ilan is booked far in advance, because he is so good, so plan ahead!

We had a pleasure experience working with Moda to install artificial grass in our backyard along with fixing our brick border and rocks. Not only the result is way better than we expected, it was awesome working with his team. Ilan is very responsive, attentive, and accommodating in all our requests. I had a fairly large landscaping project that I needed completed. After receiving several bids, I went with Moda Outdoor Living which came back with a very competitive bid. This was a three day project that included laying down new sod, removing and replacing shrubs, fixing the front and backyard watering system, and connecting new landscape lights front and back. I'm happy to say that they did a great job and the house looks fantastic. I highly this outdoor remodeling team. Their team knows what they're doing and were very professional throughout.

I contacted Ilan at Moda Outdoor Living after seeing their work at a neighbor's property. We had a 600-sq ft driveway that needed new stone paving, as well as a 100-sq ft side entrance. Although they were busy on other projects, a cancellation allowed them to do the paving work on short notice and all of the work was completed in 3 days. It was very nicely and professionally done.

Phase 2 was to install a kit carport above the pavement. This is now complete to our full satisfaction.
