This is absolutely accurate statement in every way!!
My AC wasn’t working during the start of a three day weekend when it was 110 degrees. Inland Valley Heating and Air came out, identified the issue and repaired my system in a timely manner. As a single parent I was so scared it was going to cost an arm and a leg. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable service fee after the job was completed. Trust is extremely important and I know I can trust Inland Valley Heating and Air. I will only go to them for maintenance and service from here on out.

Highly recommend. Friendly service and good work that they stand behind. Tim was patient with me and made sure I understood my options. He showed up on time and made sure to clean up at the end of the day. I will use them again and have no reservations about recommending Inland Valley Heating and Air to friends and family.

I can’t say enough about Tim and his crew, Balthazar and Tyler. I had a broken furnace and needed it replaced. I also decided after Tim gave me the quote for the furnace to have air conditioning added. The quote was better than I expected. Both units were installed in 7 hours and they cleaned up everything as though they were never there. Tim was very considerate to my work schedule and did the install on a Saturday. Everyone was professional and friendly and I couldn’t be happier. Tim is a honest businessman, and I would recommend anytime. Thank You Tim!

He made time in a busy day to make sure me and my family had AC. They diagnosed the issue and didn’t try to up-sale me. They found the issue, made the repair, and my AC was fixed. Refreshing to work with a straight forward, honest business that is fairly priced.

I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs. They are communicative and professional and look out for the customer's best interest. I had a different electrician out for a fan blower problem while our house was still under warranty. He slapped a new thermostat on and told my husband our "problem" was a completely normal function. It's not, and if you're like me, you like to take care of small problems before they become problems like the AC breaking on a holiday weekend in triple digits. So I called Tim and he came out and thoroughly inspected the problem. Couldn't duplicate it, but I was able to have him come back out while the problem was occurring and he gave me a couple options for repair. We went the cost effective route and crossed our fingers that we wouldn't need the more expensive part. I was not charged for the multiple trips of fixing the same initial problem. It's been over a month and we have not had our problem since. Thanks Tim and crew for honest work and listening to your customer's problem instead of throwing a cheap fix or unnecessary expensive parts at them!

Tim was excellent to work with. I described my situation over the phone and he had a good idea of the problem. After diagnosing our issue, he fixed the item right away and left a description on the invoice. What completely surprised me is that Tim called me the following morning to follow up with me and again he summarized with me the issue and the fix. This was a great example of customer service that I didn't experience with other large HVAC companies. I highly recommend Tim and his company.

This is an amazing company. We had a whole house system put in and I had to have several follow up visits to check on things and do adjustments. Tim was very responsive and would let me know if he was delayed for the service call. I would highly recommend this company, excellent customer service and I was very happy with the installation. Once I was also in an isolated part of Africa when the AC went down in one of our rental properties during a heat wave. I was able to share Inland Valley Heating and AC phone number with my renter, she called and they got the problem fixed quickly - it is a company you can rely on!

Tim who is actually the owner was very courteous and professional. Before he came another company came out and told me my system was shot and I needed to spend $10k for a new system when all was needed was for my heat exchanger to be cleaned for less than $100. Inland Valley AC are honest and reliable.

5 Stars is insufficient for the skill, promptness, education, and experience that Tim and Inland Valley Heating & AC brings to your house every time he is needed. I have used Tim for probably about 7 years now for various HVAC issues. With 4 independent systems he is needed and appreciated. I would never call anyone but him. I was fortunate that someone referred him to me.
