Inland valley has serviced my system for years and when it went down I called them. They were responsive, on time, and did a great job installing a new A/C and heater system at a reasonable price compared to other quotes I received. Tim and the crew was friendly and easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone needing A/C services.

Tim is great! He has been helping my family and our business with our heat and ac needs for years and we've recommended him to friends. He is upfront about what needs to be done and his pricing is reasonable.

We got bids from several HVAC companies to redo the heating and cooling at our aging mountain cabin. Tim was the best of the lot by a large margin.

He noticed several things that the other companies didn't mention such as the need for an additional air return vent, the existence of two passive airflow vents that were not connected to the duct system, etc. We went through 4 completely different heating and cooling systems on our way to finding the right fit.

Tim was always patient with my questions and communicated very clearly, including pricing, pics, and info sheets on the different systems.

A huge plus is that Tim is still working with his crews on site. Other companies sent estimators/desk jockeys but Tim approached the project with the dual perspectives of owner and craftsman. He managed to hide ALL of the feed lines for our 4 MiniSplit units, including a very tight fitting ceiling-mount model; our property manager said that it was the highest level of installation craftsmanship that he had ever seen!

Great service!! They went out of their normal area to install a new AC & heater for us. Tim took a lot of time to figure out why our previous AC's didn't cool our house well & they added inlet & outlets for the air flow. In the summer we were very comfortable & cool with our new AC. The following year when we had an issue with the heater. Tim helped to troubleshoot over the phone & then made a trip to come adjust some things on the heater. Love this company!!! Highly recommend them!!

Tim did an excellent job fixing my furnace. He was able to get the parts and fully fixed in less than 24 hours. He is very honest about what needed to be fixed. He didn't try to up sell me or fix whole systems when it's just a small part. I trust him to give it to me straight and only charge me for what really needs to be fixed. In the sweltering days at the beginning of August, we had a 4 unit mini-split HVAC system installed and I couldn’t be more impressed with how Tim and his team handled the job. From the very start, the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and despite the challenges installation on our 1947 house presented, they persevered day after day through the heat to complete the job as quickly as possible. They arrived on time daily, and worked tirelessly to overcome a hurdle that required one of the technicians to spend hours each day in the crawl space under our house. Despite the unexpected difficulties, the crew handled each issue with skill and precision, demonstrating an impressive level of expertise. Throughout the process, the team remained courteous and communicated well, explaining each step of the installation and keeping me informed about any delays or adjustments. Their attention to detail was evident, and they made sure everything was up and running flawlessly before leaving.

From our old window AC, the difference in comfort was immediate in the heat of summer. Now that it has cooled down, the heat works well too. The units are highly efficient and very quiet when they run. Tim’s knowledge of the units and recommendations are exceptional. Despite the obstacles, we never felt like they took any short cuts that many of the other companies suggested. We truly felt like they did the highest quality job for the most reasonable price and we cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend Inland Valley Heating and Air!!

Tim and his team are professional, courteous, and clean. They immediately put down plastic on the carpet leading up to where they were working to keep our carpet clean. We got a new a/c unit and zoned our home. Now we are able to control the temp up and downstairs with the same a/c unit and I’m also able to do it with my phone! We are now saving energy with our new unit compared to our old inefficient and loud one. I highly recommend this local company!

On my first encounter with Tim when I was seeking quotes for a heat pump last month, I was very impressed. Not only did he ask questions on HOA requirements but his was the only company that inspected my vents! Pricing was also amongst the best so it was a no brainer going with Inland Valley Heating. We did encounter problems with operation involving my Wi-Fi thermostat but Tim and his employees esp. Matt were relentless in tracking down the issue - even spending countless hours online with the Heat Pump manufacturer's technical support, after not being satisfied with the response from the thermostat manufacturer. In my field of work we do lots of troubleshooting to resolve issues and I can confidently say that Inland Valley Heating's level of service is par excellence - it did not matter how long it took to resolve the issue, Tim had to get to the bottom of the problem. It's been about 4 weeks and everything is running in tip top shape!
Then I had a 'by the way do you fix exhaust vents' question to which they said yes and put me on the service list. That job was completed today and I finally have an exhaust vent that works! Great job Tim and Matt. I would definitely be sending anyone that asks about heating and AC, your way!

Tim and his team were wonderful to work with. They arrived on time. Pricing was fair. Installation was smooth. Love our new whole house fan. I’m very glad to have found Inland Valley Heating and Air Conditioning. We will be using them again in the future !

We have been happy customers of Inland Valley Heating & Air for several years now. When we bought our home it came with two aging units and Inland Valley Heating & Air helped us keep it going through various repairs and maintenance for a few years. When we were finally ready to fully replace both heating and AC units after a couple of seasons we knew exactly who we were going to call. They were honest with us about lead times and there were no surprises when the invoice arrived. They cleaned up completely at the end of each day, crews were timely and polite. We have several small children who were often underfoot and the crew was patient and understanding with them at all times. Once the new units were installed Tim and his crew took time to educate us about the new system and made sure we understood what we needed to do to keep them running in tip top shape.
Unfortunately, due in no part to Inland Valley Heating & Air, we did have an issue with one unit after a time. We called them right away and they were out here to help us that same day. They assisted us in getting our heat back up and running and then when further work was needed, their team went to bat for us with the manufacturer and helped us navigate the warranty, never with any further charges to our own pocket.
We absolutely recommend Inland Valley Heating & Air to everyone we can. You won’t find a more professional and honest team out there.

I had a very good experience with Inland Valley Heating & Air Conditioning installing a new Heat Pump air condition/heating system, and installation of all new air ducts. Tim (the owner) responds right away via email or text to answer any questions. The cost of the installation was a little bit less compared to another company I had received a quote from. The other company quoted me more for a system that wasn't as nice as what I was able to get with Inland Valley Heating (Heat Pump system versus old a/c system with the furnace.)

The workers were very accommodating and cleaned up daily. Tim sent over a painter to do touch ups to anything that had occurred from the installation after it was completed.

Tim and his team are great! He showed up when he said he would, gave a great price (I got 3 bids) and his team was very professional. I was worried about all these lines being ran all over my house but he had a great idea to run it through the existing area where the old AC was and it looks fantastic! He and his his team were very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I will be using them for all my AC/heating needs moving forward. I went from a package unit on the roof to a mini split for each room and so far they work great. We’re excited for summer now instead or dreading the thought of it. They even found some water damage on the roof and one of his guys was handy enough to repair it and gave a fair price to do it!
