Today, Sunday, we had a whole house backup, and no where to turn. I called a few plumbers, but all were closed. Now starting to panic! One person suggested Big Mike's Plumbing, so I looked them up and called. A technician, Scott, was at my front door in less than an hour, and after completely cleaning out the drains, we were more than happy. What I was charged was far less that anything I had expected, and I would/will recommend them to anyone! I gave them 5 stars, but the Tech alone deserves much more.

I called Parker Plumbing set an appointment with them between 2-3:00 and then I get a call you know what happens wait for it, sorry I’m running a little early would it be ok if I come now 😳I said yes what a surprise. There was a little problem we had but they respectfully took full responsibility and made it all work out. Great job, thank you

I had a new water heater put in and a waste valve replaced. They showed up on time and completed the work efficiently. They removed the old water heater and the area was left clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
