Earnest found the leak, repaired it and made recommendations for other other outside pipes that need replaced. He was professional and did not pressure me with his recommendations

This is a truly a great business. Both Scott and Albert did a amazing job. If you need allmy of their services I highly reccomend them.

We live in a housing community, and they claimed that they would be on the job by 10 a.m., and didn't get started until 11 a.m. Now they've all left and there is just a big hole with the pipes exposed like they're waiting for the glue to dry. Who knows when everything will be fixed so we can have our water back on.

Scott came out to help clear a clog in the sink when all other plumbers in the area were too busy. Very professional and did a great job.

Yeah I dont know about these guys. They made me feel obligated to pay such a high amount. Luckily i told them that i was going to have to speak to a friend in plumbing and i would call them the next day.
... i never called them back.

I work for an electrical contractor and we had something stuck in one of our underground conduits. We called out big Mike's to send a camera in and identify what the obstruction was. They came out promptly with multiple technicians and quickly helped us out.

Two guys came when we called to fix a valve in the shower. Literally spent five minutes. Gave me a homework to go and buy parts and explained how to fix it. Told me he was saving me close to $150 for not getting the parts through them. Before leaving our home charged me for a service call fee, $137.50. That is insane.

I called to schedule service. They took my info and said they would have a plumber call me back to set up an appointment time. They never called back. I got the same treatment three times before on previous services I needed but thought maybe I should leave a review this time as I'm tired of dealing with their shenanigans.

I am a single woman and thought big mikes plumbing were professional and honest until I got some other quotes on the job. That's how I found out that big mikes were over charging me by $1100.00. I was so upset and went with the other plumbing company. Unfortunatley, I already had big Mike do some other work so I lost money with that job already. They charged me $250.00 video record what the blockage was in my pipes and said I would receive a CD of the recording. Well, I didn't get a CD and big mikes plumber (his son) admitted to me later that the reason I could not have the CD was because he never recorded it :( it was the citys tree roots that clogged my pipe and because I did not have the CD the city refuses to reimburse me for the work I had done to replace my pipes. Thank God I'm only loosing $1175.00 instead of what big mikes son was gonna do the job for which was $2250.00. What a rip off. Overcharging and failed to do the first job I paid him for to begin with. You know they are trying to make money off of you if you get four other quotes that were all 500.00 or less than big mikes quote. Jerks! Stay away ladies! Get your free quotes!!!

They installed a new septic system in my house like a year ago, then I had to called 3 days in a road mornings and afternoons requesting a warranty repair getting as an answered "someone will get back to you ASAP" but nothing, so then I called after hours and I got transferred to a rude and unprofessional guy who promised that some will take care of the problem, the next day a gay claiming to be the "manager" called me saying that they didn't have our info. on their system, but he did promised to send some one to take care of issue, so now 5 Days' and no BIG MIKE'S. I'm reporting them to BBB, Yelp, etc, now the question is...IS IT REALLY THAT THEY ARE A BIG SEWER RATS?  NOOO RECOMMENDED.

Called them for plumbing backed up. They charged me $200 and my water is still backed up and we cannot use our toilet or shower! I will never call this place ever again! They just want your money. The “plumber” didn’t even spend more than 30 minutes for charging me $200!!!

Ive never rated anything and ive been to some bad places. (Not saying this place is bad) I called them because my waer heater messed up and needed it replaced. I called them and they came in like 2 hours.
They show up and they tell me its 1300 for a new one. I ask them how much they would charge me if i bought it and rhey install it they said they would charge me 650 just to install a new one!!!!!!

Thats insane. Long story short went to home depot bought one for 550 with parts and tax it was 670.
Payed a plumber 140 dollars to install it. Which took him just under 2.5 hours. Total was 810

Before I said, they saved our life when a major backflow pipe on our Buisness property went. They have now saved our life three times. Fantastic fast service with a smile. They don't give up even with the most difficult fixes.

If you have a problem, call these guys.

Our experience with Big Mike's Rooter & Plumbing Company was horrible. It took the guy 4 hours to try to get a fitting on........... I agreed to get my husband to help that was a Commercial Plumber, since he had no help and desperately needed it. And the next day Big Mikes Plumber who was getting some free help and knowledge agreed to be at the job site early and showed up 1 1/2 hours late. The reason for him being late was the company never get them gas in the van, and they have to wait to get it. Ridicules ! and not sure if there guys are really up to doing plumbing the right way ! ! ! We will never use this company again ! ! !
