Best plumber we have ever used over many years of different homes. Ericksen was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful to us trying to navigate a new home with some issues. He knows exactly what he is doing and we have total confidence in his work. He replaced 20 Angle stops (our first priority), completed a tankless flush on the weather heater and replaced a toilet handle. He also gave us advice on our future needs including a water softener system which we definitely need with Palm Springs water. We can’t say enough about how satire are.

Ericsen was quick to respond and was on time when he arrived diagnosed issue and repaired my shower quickly. Also took the time to point out a couple of things that would be good to repair going forward without a hard sell to do “right away”. Would highly recommend.

My front yard was flooded due to my main water line breaking. The water company had come out and turned off my water and told me to contact a plumber. Ericsen was quick to respond, made sure I had water within a few hours. He gave me options for the repair and explained each one thoroughly. He was patient, respectful, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional! He arrived when he said he would, finished the work when he said he would and charged me what he said he would. Andrew assisted him with the work and modeled the same behaviors and work ethic. They cleaned up impeccably at the end of the day. I would definitely refer this company to anyone needing a plumber and I will be using them in the future!

No one is ever prepared for a sudden plumbing issue, and if you’re like me, you try to take care of all of the small things yourself. However, I recently ran across an issue that I could not fix. I was dreading having to call a plumber because of some previous bad experiences, but I needed some answers. I had a hotspot in my floor and decreased water pressure… so I asked around for recommendations and I was told to call Parker Precision Plumbing!

Eriksen listened to my description of the problem and initially had some thoughts, but wanted to verify and came out to my residence to verify. Once he identified the problem, he gave multiple solutions to correct the problem. He also gave the pros and cons of each solution, which I appreciated. In my case, I needed to re-pipe the home.

Eriksen‘s crew came in (on time) on the agreed date, isolated each working area and re-piped the house in one day (in my situation). The following day, another crew came in and patched up all of the holes needed to access the rerouted piping. His crew was quick and efficient… And once the work was finished, Eriksen then did a walk-through with me to ensure our complete satisfaction with the work they performed. My hotspot is gone, and I have water pressure again!

While no one likes to experience major issues such as these, it is at least comforting to know that I am completely happy with the choice we made with Eriksen Parker, and Parker Precision Plumbing. I finally feel like I have a plumber that I can trust. He’s open, honest, friendly and gives good advice to keeping your system running well. If you are having a plumbing issue, you need to give Parker Precision Plumbing a call!!

Ericksen Parker was very professional, courteous, and personable. The job was disconnect, reconnect garbage disposal, dishwasher line replacement, and installation of regulator for my house. He was very thorough by telling me exactly what he was doing and and how it works. He went above and beyond with this job. The best plumber I have ever encountered and just an all around great person. I have neighbors who want to hire him as well.

Parker Precision Plumbing is the best in the business! Amazingly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Ericsen helped fix a leak under our kitchen sink, remove and fit a new gas pipe for our fire place, and installed and increased our shower head height.
