I was having some issues with my water heater and gave JP Plumbing a call, John came out the very next day to check it out. He gave me an idea of what was wrong with it and gave me an estimate to repair it. After the pilot light error code confirmed the issue, I called him up to come do the repair. He came out a few days later and knocked it out. He did a great job, he was on time and finished in the amount of time he estimated. Highly recommend, he was easy to work with, explained everything, and followed up a few days later to make sure everything was going smoothly.

We highly recommend JP Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Last year our water heater went out in the early morning. We called JP Plumbing, and John came out within one hour. We hired him for the job and had our new water heater the same morning.
This past week we had a serious plumbing issue, a slab leak. We called JP Plumbing, and John came immediately. John presented three options. We had the estimate within one hour after he left. We decided on all new plumbing, which included repiping the entire property, new shut off valves and angle stops, a new main, and patching. John and his team were efficient, prompt, professional, and communicated throughout the project. The entire job was completed in two days! JP Plumbing is the best!

Overall a great experience with JP. I chose him since I appreciated the price transparency over the phone when I talked to the owner and wanted to support a local small busines. While I understood the phone estimate could flactuate I appreciated having a ballpark in mind yet in my case he stayed true to the quote he gave me from the pictures requeted. He seemed very knowledgeable and the price was very fair. I know I would have paid more with other plumbers. I called them during the holiday and he was honest about prefering to wait to get better parts instead of placing Home Depot parts. He apgraded my valves and was able to get a larger tank placed by moving pipes around. The wait was worth it and he did a great job. He is communicative, professional and it was a pleasure doing business with him. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Recently, our bathtub started having issues draining. It went from draining very slowly to nothing at all. Water would just sit there until my husband bucketed the water out into the sink. I called Dorian at Imperial and he came out the following morning, was in and out in 10 minutes, and charged less than $100. Our tub is now draining perfectly!! Amazing service all around, would never go to anyone else now!!!
