This morning at about 6:00 we found out we had no hot water. I checked the hot water heater and found the pilot light would not stay lit. I called Dorian Ayala at Imperial Plumbing Inc. He was at my house within an hour and replaced the thermocoupler. He was very cordial, polite and knowledgable. The price for great service was extremely reasonable. If there is ever another emergency, I will not hesitate to give him a call.

I called at the last minute and he showed up within a short time and, even though he squeezed me in between two appointments, he made sure the job was done right. He didn't rush through it, and charged me a really reasonable price. I will definitely call them again and recommend Imperial highly!

I must say this is the most honest plumber I have ever done business with. Not only did he come to my home just hours after he was called. He was fair in his price and also brought things to my attention that could have been dangerous or serve as a health risk to us. I appreciated the time Dorian spent explaining to me what was done by a prior homeowner that was not correctly done and what could also pose a future water leak in an area that was not going to be easily accessible after the contractor was done making his repairs. It was my contractor who suggested we call Dorian to be sure that if we were to rebuild the firewall (had severe water damage and mold). Brien my contractor wanted to be sure his plumber (Dorian, Imperial Plumbing, Inc.) would be able to fix a leaky shower drain from upstairs as the water damage came from the shower pan, bad tile and bad drain. So after Dorian made his assessments I asked him about a few other things down in the area the contractor was working in and he gave me his advice and we made sure all was going to be safe, and not leak again! There was a horrible rigged up pic, to metal to abs pipe used for a condensation Ling for the a C unit that was not set up properly but also was not even glued!!! Not to mention the line was hooked into the sewer line!! Then there were two water lines from a prior wet bar that were abandoned, but were not capped off. They were capped with values that would eventually go bad and leak in that area again! So Dorian fixed that and then a couple other things as well. But it's nice to know that I no longer have a Mackey mouse condensation line (rigged together with three different types of pipe) is hooked to a sewer line and going right get next to my pilot lights for my heat and water heater! Thanks Dorian!!!

This was the 6th business I called for a clogged kitchen sink and the gentleman that answered my questions was very professional and upfront with me on what the situation. He fixed the issue I had along with adding some routine maintenance to avoid the problem from happening again. He didn’t try to sell me like a salesman would and add to the cost. Very reasonable prices and awesome job. Thank you for resolving my issue and being 1000% upfront and professional, it is very hard these days to find a business you can trust. We've called Dorian before and had a great experience so when our water heater called it quits this morning we called him again. Just as he did last time, Dorian arrived quickly and solved our problem for a very reasonable cost. We would recommend him to our friends and will continue to call when we need plumbing help.

I can't say enough about this company. I called with a problem at 7:30pm ant they were at my house by 8:30pm same night. After the repair was done and and done very well, I was expecting a huge bill and when they gave me the price I knew I found my new life time plumbers.

There are so many shady plumbers out there wanting to take advantage of you when you’re vulnerable: a water leak is an urgent matter, not something you can put off and get to when convenient.

Imperial will always be my ‘Go-To’ service providers for plumbing AND recommendations.

Had a hot water heater that stopped working. Several Plumbing Companies never called back. Dorian returned my call. I was able to describe the problem (Pilot would not stay lit)to him over the phone. Took some pictures with my phone, and sent it to him. Then he called back and we discussed how to get the part ahead of time so that he could come over and get it fixed, instead of waiting for him to finish a job, and then go and get the part. He clearly knew what he was doing, and had the pilot assembly installed in an hour. Reasonable rate, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Discovering early in the morning that water is bubbling up in your front yard is hardly a pleasant circumstance. After turning off the water at the main and trenching to find the leak, I located a broken shut off valve for the irrigation line to the property. Additionally, that valve was clustered in a quagmire of illegal fittings resembling a PVC pretzel, along with a corroded pressure regulator and by-pass valve. I called Imperial Plumbing, wanting to deal with a local business, but somewhat skeptical of all the glowing reviews. Dorian indicated he could schedule me in, but it would be later in the afternoon. When you have a broken pipe and the water is shut off, you are willing to wait.

I am no longer a skeptic of Dorian's reviews. He proved to be an absolute professional, who is fair and honest. Dorian replaced all of the illegal plumbing with copper pipes, to include a new ball valve, regulator and by-pass. Thus, bringing everything up to code. He completed all work under floodlights, and did an excellent job.

This is Dorian's business, for which he should be rightfully proud, not only for his obvious work ethic, but also well-earned reputation. As far as Imperial Plumbing is concerned, I am no longer a skeptic. I would not hesitate to recommend Dorian to family, neighbors, or friends for any plumbing needs. Not only will they receive excellent work for a fair and honest price, but they will be dealing with a very nice person.

Dorian promised to get by mid day and he came right on time. After checking out my plumbing problem we discussed my options and agreed on price and methods. He got right to work and completed the job in a very short time. For any future work I might have Dorian is my guy!

I’m a property manager/investor, so I’ve encountered more than my fair share of questionable service technicians when it comes to servicing investment properties. Imperial plumbing is definitely a refreshing break from the usual experience I’ve become accustomed to. An hour into waiting for another chain service provider I decided to give a local plumbing company a call to compare timeframe and pricing. Dorian (owner) answered and got my contact info, he then told me he would call me right back to confirm he’d be able to stop by within the next 30-40 min. He called right back and set up our service appointment for a backed up kitchen drain. I decided to use Dorian’s company as he was honest and pricing was much more transparent and definitely fair in comparison to the other company I’ve used in the past. Dorian arrived within the expected timeframe, was knowledgeable, friendly, fair and MOST VALUABLE trait... HONEST!

Dorian is amazing. He is super friendly, knows his stuff, and get work done quickly. He has qorked on a renovation I am doing in the area twice and both times he came and did the work we needed the same day we called - and for a great price as well. Would highly recommend if you want work done quickly, efficiently, and without costing an arm and a leg.
