Amazing company! I thought People like this didn't exist anymore. Thankfully they do. Knowledgeable, licensed, bonded. Answered my call the first time I called on a Friday afternoon, showed up on time for the estimate per.our appt (even in the pouring rain) a couple days later as scheduled.Had an estimate via email same day. Approved the bid and set a date..showed up to perform the job on time, on budget and did a quality job. So Thankful for this company!! Highly recommend. Thank you!!!!! 🙏

I placed a call and he was able to come out within 30 minutes. He fixed my toilet, and a couple of other little things I needed looked at. Matt was very nice and professional. I highly recommend L&L Plumbing!

Matt went above and beyond to sort out the mess with our toilet situation. What started as a small leak on 1 toilet quickly uncovered issues with all 3. Limited height shelf height restricted our options for replacement of the old units, as well. Matt was swap and replace the units while dealing with supply issues and made sure not to disrupt our holiday budget in the process. We already have plans for more work in the near future.

I used L&L plumbing for a propane leak at my residence. Technician Matthew arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided several options on how to deal with the leak (trace the line, cut and cap, pressure test, ect). Once the suspected leak was located, he preformed the repair quickly. In my case the suspected leak was coming from a gas line that was no longer in use. Instead of wasting time tracing the line which would no longer be used anyways, Matt cut and capped the line. The service was pleasant and I would definitely use L&L Pluming again.

My experience with L&L Plumbing has been a very good one. What a relief it was to see my headache plumbing problem disappear when Matt corrected the problems with skill and expertise. I had many plumbing questions about future projects and I appreciate that Matt was very thorough with his answers.

Provider was on job site at requested time and finished the job in less than a day. Price seemed good too. Very friendly, easy to talk to, and described the problem and how they fixed in lay terms. This provider is a key go-too for some area realtors, so that says a lot.

Matt from L&L installed our tankless water heater (navien) humble guy and exceedingly knowledgeable. He knows he's craft. Very polite and genuinely cares for the customers making sure they get the best service experience reasonable price and product. He was honest and straight forward even comes to do free estimate (Redlands/yucaipa area)and does not sell just to make a profit but makes sure he looks after your best interest. He was patient in answering all our questions and even returns our call. Its rare nowadays to find a good quality service you can trust. Good price, excellent service! Overall we are happy and thankful for service recieved. I highly recommend him and his company.

Gave them a call after receiving sticker shock from another plumber (bigger “chain” company). L&L quoted the same service for more than HALF the price ($2300 vs $875). Matt is super knowledgeable and honest. They were able to schedule my service quickly and Matt was exactly on time to our appointment! The ladies who helped me process payment were so friendly and welcoming (my husband and I are new to Yucaipa). I will absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the area!
