They sent out Noah, he was very professional and informational about the service he performed, he was kind , respectful, service like that is hard to find, I really appreciate your company. Noah was very caring and helpful and informative. From let me know when he would be here (and was on time) until the job was done. He spent time explaining what needed to be done and gave me options. Absolutely fantastic service! The plumber came out on the weekend and arrived quickly, which was a huge relief. They listened closely to my concerns, explained what was going on, and clearly shared my options without any pressure. They even made some free adjustments to get everything working better. Professional, honest, and very respectful of my time. Highly recommend and will definitely call again if I need plumbing help!

What a great find! QUICKPROS Plumbing and Air was fantastic. 👍👍 Mike contacted me immediately when I posted on Thumbtack, and he was a delight all through the assessment and scheduling process. Walker was the tech sent to the house and he is OUTSTANDING: communicative, professional, polite, and very skilled. He identified the problem right away with my garbage disposal (it was stuck due to a foreign object) and he resolved it in a flash. The whole experience was positive, and I will definitely be making QUICKPROS my first call the next time that I have any plumbing needs. You should, too!

I was very happy with QuickPros , Tim showed up and figured out what they needed to do and got my week long problem fixed. Skills and experience was all there. Also they were helpful in finding out what the main issue was with my clogged drains. They were awesome and reasonable . Good people!!

Everything step of the process from scheduling the call for service to having the technician come out was flawless! They even came out on a Saturday which was our only day we had open. Noah did a fantastic job diagnosing our plumbing issue quickly and effectively. We are excited to use them for our current issues now and in the future. I would have to add that this might have been the most professional experience we’ve ever had from any company in the trades. Definitely recommend asking for Noah and using QuickPros!

To say that I am impressed with QUICKPROS Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is an understatement. We live in a tract home built in 2005, and had a leak from our master bath jacuzzi tub that started leaking through our ceiling into our living room downstairs. We had 2 other companies come out, and both told us we were looking at replacing the entire tub for thousands of dollars, and that didn’t include the tile around it that would have to be destroyed to fit a new tub. After letting it sit for months, we found QUICKPRO. Mike was our first point of contact and he assured me that they would do everything they could to keep us from having to replace our tub. True to his word, this company was thorough, efficient, ethical, and fair in their pricing. Noah came out and spent a significant amount of time actually investigating the problem. He was careful and patient in diagnosing the issue, explaining everything he was doing as he went through the process. In the end, he was able to fix our problem for a little over $500. We now have a functioning tub again with no leaks. This company has earned our respect and trust and we will be using them in the future for all our plumbing, heating, and AC needs. I was promptly contacted by QUICKPROS when I put a project of having 2 toilets replaced through Thumbtack. A schedule to have an expert come to look at the project was done for later that day. Noah stopped by and I explained the scope of work I wanted done. Provided a better price than me going out purchasing units for them to install. He listened and agreed on the great price estimate he provided. Very VETERAN friendly company, highly recommend. Project from start to finished was done at a schedule convenient to me with the holidays going on. Company contact Mike was responsive to my questions. From start of my Thumbtack inquiry to completion of projects was just a matter of days.

Quick pros have the best service I’ve ever experienced in my life. If I can give them 10 stars I would! They had no availability as I had called them late in the morning. They accommodated and worked overtime just to get someone to look at my leak as I am 9 months pregnant. They came right on time and they also called to update me their time of arrival. They were very professional and did a very thorough inspection even at night in the rain. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants great service. They gave me a great reasonable price and tried to work around what we can do. Walker and Marshall are a great team and I wouldn’t go to anyone else for my plumbing needs. I trust them.

Very professional. One of the best plumbers I have worked with in a long time. I had a plate full of spaghetti plumbing that they were able to reconstruct and make work perfectly. Not to mention repairing it the same day as the leak!

We recently moved into a brand-new home in Banning and needed clean, safe water for our family, and QUICKPROS delivered without breaking the bank.

Had a venting issue that was just annoying. Derek came out and they worked their magic. Always reasonably priced and you get high quality work! Very happy longtime customer.

I purchased a new AC/Heater from Derek from Ascent Mechanical 5 years ago and have been very satisfied with the unit. A few months ago, I had an issue with the heater and called Derek who came out and found that is was a small part that only needed cleaning. He said it was covered under warranty so, there was no charge. Last night, the AC stopped blowing cold air so, I called Derek the next morning and by mid day, Derek showed up and discovered it was only a capacitor which was also covered under warranty. Since it was a weekend job, I paid an after hours charge and also labor which I was happy to pay on this 106 degree day. I trust and recommend this company and will only call them for all future heating and AC issues.

They definitely made a bad time better! My air conditioning unit went out. They were able to put a new one in very quickly within 2 days. At a very fair price. And get it financed for me with a payment I could do. Very knowledgeable. Very clean. And very kind. I would highly recommend them.

Amazing, small business, with incredible customer service. After years of service, with no issues found, I received a staggering estimate for repair on my heater from my usual HVAC company. I decided it was time to maybe start looking elsewhere. The company has apparently gotten too big, and lost sight of what the founders vision was.

Ascent was the only company willing to come by and take a peek, without charging me another service call (I had already paid the other for the heater service). His 'peek' confirmed what I suspected, and had also been suggested by a friend in the industry. The necessary work was not as involved as was initially stated to me, thus not as expensive. Ascent had absolutely NOTHING to gain by coming out, yet was willing to. Because of this professionalism and level of customer service; they have , in fact, gained a new customer.

They arrived, on time, at the given appointment. Handled the work efficiently, and even came in under the initial estimate. I definitely recommend Ascent to anyone looking for a customer focused company! I have already set a reminder to call for my AC service, with Ascent, when it's time.
