Our hot water tank was leaking, I made an appointment online yesterday and they came out this morning at 8am. Decided to get a tankless water heater (rebates were available), it was installed and everything cleaned up by 3:00 today. Couldn't ask for better service.

Plummer was knowledgeable , and efficient he took less than 1/2 hr to diagnose , and clear the pipe line.

Words could never express how thankful we are to A M & P for helping us in an emergency. The disconnect box for our a/c unit exploded and caught fire, leaving us with no a/c in the middle of 90 something degree heat. Our home warranty hooked us up with someone who wouldn't get to us for a week, then found someone who would come the next day. We have pets and couldn't wait plus we were worried that it wasn't safe. So we found Ascent. Nikki was AMAZING and patient with me as I was in tears. She called Derek who came out within the hour!!! He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave us our options and prices up front and fixed it all right there. The cost was very reasonable considering the situation. Truly a Godsend and we are grateful. Our pets are safe and comfortable and we have peace of mind. If I could give a million stars I would. Will be shouting from the rooftops recommending Ascent! THANK YOU!

We had an excellent experience with Ascent Plumbing! Initially, we called them out to replace our water heater. After the replacement, they followed up with us the next day, and to their surprise (and ours), we had warm water, but no hot water. They came back out right away, did a thorough assessment, and quickly discovered we had a hot water pipe leak. They were very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the issue, and were able to fix it within a day with very minimal damage. The team was incredibly courteous, explained everything to us step-by-step, and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. They made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I would definitely use Ascent Plumbing again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

Honest (most important), reliable (also important) and a pleasure to do business with! We got our first quote from Derek maybe 2 or so years ago and reached out to him a couple of times in between, contemplating whether or not to move forward. First, the company that came out prior to Ascent suggested we replace the a/c unit. However, Derek suggested we run it until it dies, but suggested new ducting. He was always kind, patient and never tired of our questions, even though it took us forever to actually do the work. His guys that replaced our ducting worked clean, communicated along the way and were efficient. Mind you, we are still running the original a/c. Thank you Derek, Abel and Carl. We would recommend Ascent all day long! We will also try their plumber next time we need plumbing. It is hard to find honest, reliable contractors and they definitely are!
