Travis and his team were amazing. After finding roots growing in our pipes they quickly removed them. They were professional and very fast. Kaleb, one of his team members finished the install a toilet faster than expected!!!

Set up same day service in morning for noon-2, when they knew they would be late I got a call from the office. They said the service person was stuck on job and it would be between 3-6. The service man called and was able to come at 2:30 and solved our issue promptly. Thank you Ascent.

This company is great. They were honest, priced well, and didn’t try and upsell me. They gave me various options (all priced well) with no pressure to choose which option. Most importantly they fixed the probes with my furnace.

I called a few places before I got to Ascent, and I am so grateful I did not stop at the first call. I not only got better service with Ascent, but I also got a better price and they came the same day within hours! Derek was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem in one hour. It was not an easy fix, and it was puzzling for him, but due to his work ethics he was able to solve the problem. Very grateful for the experience I had with this company and I will be using them again in the future.

The service is amazing as always. They gave us a price and got right to work. They had to dig up the front yard grass , moving rocks and wood trim. Put it all back as if nothing ever happened. And it ended up being cheaper than we were originally told Great service great people

Derek was incredibly professional. We called on Sunday night and he arrived on Monday morning promptly at the time he said he would. He was very honest and informative about what our unit needed. He walked us through each step that he would take and made sure that all of our questions were answered. I would definitely reccomend his services to everyone.

It was Very obvious by schedule changes that company is exceptionally busy. However after twice rearranging a consult visit - I was very pleased with all the detailed information with my plumbing ,job & technician was also very pleasant with our conversations and professional

They showed Early like they Said they diagnose the problem he gave me an estimate of time and cost he returned same day and fixed it same day before it got cold again I'm very satisfied he was friendly did a great job I recommend them for dependability and knowledge very courteous

Heater repair

Ascent Plumbing in Yucaipa has twice this year (January and now October) provided excellent service. A variety of plumbing needs surfaced this year in my 1986 built home. I couldn’t be happier with Travis and Bob’s expert and efficient work.

Derek and his crew are awesome. They installed a hvac system in an old home built in 1946. They did it all from vents, ducting, furnace, etc and it has been awesome. Any simple problem we run into, we just get a hold of Nikki and she schedules Derek usually the very next day. He comes out and with in less time that it's taking me to write this review, he has an answer for us. If I had to do this again on another home, Ascent would be my only choice! Thank you guys again!

Ascent mechanical (Derek ) and his crew are the very best people you could call. Don't bother with companies that advertise a lot. They were not honest with me at all. You've seen all the ads way too much.
Derek and the crew installed a complete new AC unit 4 months ago. My electricity bill went down $220. a month. I keep my home at 75°. I couldn't get financing as I'm a disabled senior on retirement. Derek personally arranged the finances with a well known fair company at a great interest rate.
Since then 3 of my neighbors have had Ascent ( Derek ) come out and replace their complete units also. They heard how much I'm saving every month now. Which means I eat better.
I want to mention that Ascent Plumbing (Derek) and his crew replaced all the plumbing completely in my 1983 home. They completed the job in one day. My water bills went down also. Derek and crew are simply the best, they care. They responded to another neighbors water leak ( from another company) within hours.
I've been in the service industry for over 50 years. I know top quality people when I meet them. Derek and crew serve a higher cause than the "Dollar Bill". Go with this Crew. 👍 Mike

Derek was amazing at diagnosing our heating problem. He gave us our options and never pressured us on a sale. He was punctual and friendly with great communication during the whole process. We will always call him for our HVAC needs.

Short review: I chose and recommend Ascent because it's a company I can trust.

Long Review: I got multiple estimates before choosing Ascent. You don’t see their vans everywhere, and honestly, I think that’s because they don’t price gouge or try to sell you things you don’t need.

Derek reviewed what another company said I needed and was honest in telling me I didn’t need four of those services, saving me thousands of dollars.

Ascent's $249 maintenance plan includes cleaning the flame sensor during the winter service. A competitor I compared them to doesn’t include this and actually charges $300 just to clean the flame sensor.

I found out afterwards that they also do plumbing, so I'll be using them for both my future HVAC and Plumbing needs.
