Constraction reviews in Arvada, Colorado

Away Now Water Damage Restoration. Arvada showed up promptly and took time to answer all of my questions. They were professional and easy to talk with, and clearly knew their trade well. I honestly don’t have a single complaint. I’m impressed with how quickly they responded. I’d definitely suggest them for any basement or waterproofing needs.

The crew from Away Now Water Damage Restoration and Mold delivered exactly what they promised. Our fire damage restoration project was a big one and we were a little anxious about the process. A couple months later, with plenty of heavy rains and snow, we’ve had zero issues. Start to finish they were respectful and responsive.

I have used several carpet cleaners over the years as a pet owner, and never until Bear Steam Cleaning found a company that's so efficient and good at the actual job of cleaning up stains and leaving the carpet look brand new, every time... while ALSO having an affordable price point. Here's a room that was a complete stain mess prior, and the carpet is probably 15 years old, but look at what they just did to this room - it looks AMAZING!

Chris did a thorough job. The carpets look great and the house smells so good. We will use them again.

Nicolas did a great job cleaning the carpets in my new place before I moved in. Amanda was pleasant and efficient in setting up the appointment and answering my question.
Thank you!

We had Bear Cleaning and Restoration come out again to clean our carpets and a chair and couch. Nick and Patrick did a great job and would recommend Bear Cleaning to anyone for a great cleaning. Many thanks.

Bear Cleaning and Restoration really came through for us on short notice, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Miguel, Chris, and the whole team at Bear, were incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the carpets look brand new – way better than I expected. If you need fast, reliable, and top-notch service, these are the guys to call. Highly recommend!

Chris, the technician, did a fantastic job! I have 3 dogs but when Chris was done the were no offensive odors and there were no stains! The price was very reasonable and Bear will be my new go to carpet cleaning company!

Had one of the best they had come in by the name of Robert W I was a mess crying he went above and beyond. Came on Sat & (Sun) which they are closed. He made me feel very comfortable as he worked hard to fix the issue with my carpet and even went above and beyond cleaning the tubs, & toilets. Awesome guy five stars def

It was a much needed carpet and furniture cleaning I have used Bear carpet cleaning before and technician Richard does a great job and is very thorough Thank you Bear cleaning for a great job. Kim

Chris did a great job cleaning our carpets. He came timely, listened to my thoughts on the problems with our carpet and proceeded to make the carpet look new. And it's "mature". Mary

We had a very sick dog that we thought had likely ruined our carpet but BearSteam came and rescued us and our carpet looks beautiful as though nothing had happened. They did a first class clean up job.

(***Footprints are my own lol going in to look and smell how great it is***) The guys did amazing, they were on time, courteous, professional, non-judgmental . I have an 11 year old daughter with Autism who was urinating on the carpet and they came in, were empathetic and did fantastic. She had blue tye dye ink all over and thought there was no hope. They were fabulous and got every single stain out. We bought a house and will be moving soon so so will have them back to do more rooms and a couple carpet patches. Grateful and happy thank you! Very quick and expeditious as well. )

Exceptional service and a good price! We (Kitchen and Bath by Design) used their carpet cleaning services to complete a full apartment remodel for a client. We replaced all of the flooring in this one bedroom condo, except the carpet in the bedroom. Bear Steam Cleaning made this room look brand new! On top of an amazing carpet cleaning, they have friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely use them again.

I was pleasantly happy with the efficiency and care that Nick did to my carpets! So happy I chose this company!
Thank you
Cheryl

This was my first experience with Bear Cleaning. They were recommended by my cleaning company. Nick was our technician and he did an outstanding job on both the walk to wall carpeting in the bedrooms as well as the area rug in the living room. Bear provided a seamless and error free process from scheduling through billing. I recommend them.

We had top notch service from Chris with Bear. He was efficient and had our area rug looking so good ! He also did our kitchen counter stools and they looked brand new after! We will definitely use them again!

Had areas of carpet steam cleaned and some couch cushions. Both Chris and Patrick were fantastic. Friendly, professional, and efficient. They did a walk through first to get details on my goals, did the cleaning, and had a walk through afterwards to make sure it was to my satisfaction. Price point was very reasonable. This is the second time I've used Bear Cleaning & Restoration and would highly recommend!

The best carpet cleaning we have ever had. Chris, our technician, was professional, made appropriate suggestions, and the results exceeded our expectations.

I was super happy with Bear Carpet Cleaning because of the ease of booking (love being able to text), affordable pricing (best local deal), and of course quality of the job (my carpets looks new). The tech was on time, professional and nice! Definitely referring and will hire them again.

Dominic was very efficient and polite. We have a large dog who loves the couch. He did a great job cleaning the upholstery which was very dirty.
