Best carpet cleaning in Denver. Mostly that prices are fair, results have always exceeded expectations. We have 12yr carpet in this house. Raising 2 kids with pets and it gets wrecked! Bear gets the job done.

If I had a complaint it was that they showed up early! I wasn’t 100% prepared, so that’s on me really. The young man, was nothing but easy going gave us a few minutes to get things sorted and then got to work. <- satire for anyone who wants to twist it.

Bear is the best and only company I would call.

We have been using Bear Steam Cleaning at Bell Flatirons for awhile and they have been great to work with. The mitigation department does a great job keeping us informed with daily emails and we are able to keep our residents informed. Fair pricing and they care about their customers.

Colin did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, they look and smell great! Also a huge thanks to Amanda who managed to find me an appointment even though I was scheduling last minute as was amazing in helping and communicating! Thank you both! 10/10 recommend! Also I’m on the third floor in an apartment complex and they had no problem with that unlike many other companies I attempted to book with!

Anselmo and Jose were very friendly, efficient, and thorough. They did our water restoration work, and even organized our back storage room, plugged our washing machines back in and made sure we were happy with the results before they left each time. Sergio our project manager is honest, and quick to get things scheduled.

We’ve had a great experience working with this emergency restoration, water extraction, and carpet cleaning company. They are always quick to accommodate requests, especially in urgent situations, and consistently deliver high-quality work. Their team is professional, responsive, and reliable, which makes a huge difference when dealing with time-sensitive issues.

One important thing to note is that the equipment they use is very expensive, so it’s crucial to coordinate removal promptly. If the equipment is left in a unit overnight, it can result in a significantly higher bill. As long as expectations are clear and timing is coordinated, they are an excellent vendor and a pleasure to work with.

I am a community manager and use Bear for all of our carpet cleaning needs, and they have been phenomenal. Our community has very light-colored carpet in the bedrooms, which shows dirt and wear easily. Despite that, Bear consistently gets the carpets looking brand new. Their communication is top-notch, scheduling is seamless, and the quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Bear for any carpet cleaning needs.

I used them once for stairs and a hallway. My partner said it was a very fast service which resulted in some leftover pet urine odor. I paid $130ish so it wasn’t a big deal and I cancelled the follow up and said I would just get it cleaned again in a few months.

This week, I reached out several months later for another cleaning + enzyme treatment. I saw a promotion online for 4 rooms for $175. The quote I got for ONE bedroom plus ~30 stairs/landings was nearly $300 before the enzyme add on. I didn’t understand how ~15 additional stairs cost more than 3 additional bedrooms. When I asked, they said it’s just because they charge per stair. Still makes no sense. Anyway, got a much better deal elsewhere and they did a wonderful job with our carpet!

Bear Cleaning & Restoration did an excellent job with our tile and grout cleaning as we prep our Longmont home for listing. Nicholas was courteous and professional throughout the entire process. He took great care and the results look fantastic. Highly recommend their services!

Jennalee and her team were amazing to work with start to finish. Jennalee very detail oriented and makes sure the slightest adjustments, change orders, etc. are accommodated for. Her team is diligent and finishes on time. You can always tell how good a company is by how well they clean up after themselves. It was almost like they were never here when they were done cleaning...immaculate! I highly recommend this company! My pavers and bench look awesome and I love the 10yr warranty as well!

Mike did a great job of explaining the project, options, timing, and estimate in our initial meeting. He was interested in how I wanted the spaces (front and back patios) to look and function and provided insightful guidance to help me understand all of the options to achieve my desired outcome. AMK was able to start my project a week early and they finished within the estimated project time. The on-site team led by Alberto was efficient and professional. The process was dustier and dirtier than I had imagined and the team took great care in cleaning up each day and minimizing how much the work on my side of a duplex spilled over to my neighbor's side. I would definitely work with the AMK team again and have already recommended them to a few friends.

We had a great experience using AMK Hardscapes. After meeting with four other contractors, we weren't happy with their proposals/pricing, but as soon as we met with Mike that changed. He was very informative when discussing our plans with him and how they would approach the project. We ended up tearing out a concrete patio and installing a new paver patio, staircase and fire pit with gas line in the backyard. The end product looked better than we had envisioned. Mike's team led by Alberto were very professional, quick to make any adjustments we wanted as they came up, and overall did an amazing job. They were able to start the project sooner than planned, and we were very pleased with all aspects of it. They kept the area well clean, and by the end had done an amazing job cleaning up everything. Would highly recommend this company, and we hope to use them again in the future for any other projects.

We can’t say enough good things about AMK Hardscapes! Mike was awesome to work with, the price was fair, and the quality of work was beyond our expectations. The crew showed up on time and finished the job before the date promised. They were friendly, hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. Our job was a difficult one, some of the other contractors didn’t even get back with us, or didn’t follow up at all. Mike was the most personable and professional and the work was A++. Mike and his Team were amazing! I highly recommend AMK! They have done three projects for me now over the last 10 years. The most recent job is beautiful backyard pavers/retaining wall with a hard piped gas fire pit! They do amazing work, are very price competitive and are always on schedule. Strongly recommend them!

Mike and his team were amazing. I have used them several times for repairs on an existing paver patio and they installed a new front walkway which is gorgeous!! I will not use anyone else ever again. Hands down the best!

I wanted to write and express how pleased I was with AMK Hardscapes and the quality work they did for my backyard project. We had a full backyard renovation project going to include a gabled overhang, landscaping, and of course pavers. AMK was extremely accommodating with my schedule given the project priorities and dependencies. When they did show up, the crew was extremely professional and took extreme pride in their work. They even assisted with trouble shooting some drainage issues and went above and beyond to ensure the final product was pristine. Jennalee came out this past winter and helped us design a patio in the back yard. We went with Amk Hardscapes and are very please with how everything turned out. It’s very open like we were hoping. I really appreciated all the communication before the patio was built and since it’s been built. Crew was very hardworking and the leader knew what he was doing. The 10 year warranty is what really locked it in for us. So far the patio is been perfect! But it’s nice to have assurance that they will fix it if we have an issue. I would absolutely recommend this company!
