We just had our downstairs floors replaced by Simply Floors and are incredibly happy with the results. Kristin was very professional and helpful advising us on our specific situation and what flooring would be best. We had many questions throughout the process which were easy to get answered. The installation process went really smoothly. Flavio and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and communicated really well throughout the process. They were very thorough and had great attention to detail. Even our plumber who came to finish the bathroom reinstall after the floors were done said, unprompted, how well our bathroom floors were installed and how careful and detail oriented the team had been. We are so happy with our lovely floors and will definitely recommend you to family and friends.

Simply Floors did a fantastic job on my floors! I shopped around after getting bad vibes from a large national chain and wanted to keep my business local. I got quotes from quite a few places but Simply Floors stood out with their prices, customer service, and flooring options. Kristin was fantastic and showed me some great options for my floors, answered all of my questions, worked with me to stay in budget and ensured that any issues were addressed right away. I had my entire home redone, including tearing out all my old carpet and baseboards. Luis and Victor were so quick with demo and installation and kept me updated on the process the entire time. I really appreciate the transparency all of the staff had with me. The floors and new baseboards turned out beautifully. I'm very pleased with the quality of the products and installation. Fantastic experience from start to finish! Everyone I interacted with at Simply Floors was helpful, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the process. Kristin stepped in after our original associate left, and she did a fantastic job confirming the details of our project, coordinating measurements, and making sure everything stayed on track. Although it took us longer than expected to get the house ready, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The carpet installers verified the carpet before installing and did an amazing job-especially where the carpet meets our LVP flooring. The transition is so seamless that we didn't even need a transition piece! The quality is outstanding and I can't stop laying on the new carpet! I also love that Simply Floors is a women-owned business. We have another carpet project planned for fall, and without a doubt, we'll be coming back. Highly recommend!

Simply Floors did an exceptional job for my clients! They needed to match their stairs to the hardwood in the kitchen. The crew matched them exactly and the craftsmanship was excellent! This is my 2nd time using Simply Floors. Kylie was wonderful to work with and brought samples of LVP to the house. Her expertise and knowledge helped me make the right decision for my flooring. I was kept updated on all issues and install was performed on the date originally set. Flavio and Byron were professional and considerate during their install process. They moved furniture/appliances with great care and cleaned up everything when they were done.
