Needed an estimate for a large tree to be cut down. Said they could get me one at the end of that week — no estimate. Called 2 weeks later to remind them — no estimate. Over a month now and — no estimate. Guess you don’t need any new business right now.

Professional! They were nice, they showed up when they said they would and did great work. They also did a great job of cleanup. We will use them for any future tree issues/needs!

I have been using them for a few years They root fed my trees put holes in my sprinkler lines when I called there's nothing they are going to do about it I explained to them Rocky Mountain tree did it for years have no issues I root feed my own trees and have no issues because I take my time making sure I don't poke a hole through the sprinklers I understand but they could have at least sympathized with me And maybe offered me a cup of coffee that would have been nice

Giant red truck with their logo on the side tried to turn left from the right hand lane, only problem, I was in the left hand lane. Rolled down their window, started yelling and aggressively gesturing at me.... for their mistake. Don't invite people like this on your property.

Just had them trim some trees yesterday.

I have not used this company myself, but my neighbors who live behind me use this company to spray their trees. Today the company sprayed my neighbors trees and there was over spray into my back yard. Because I have dogs, I called the company to find out to what chemicals my dogs were being exposed. The receptionist did not know so I asked for someone that did call me back. The man who called me back, who I will not name, was very rude. He spoke to me like a bully. I will never do business with this company.

I used these guys a few years ago and they were great. They took 2 trees out for a great price. This year I called them to take out a tree and the quote was higher for one tree than it had been for 2 very large trees previously, but I figured it was because it was close to the power lines. Come to find out that they don't do most of the work. Xcel has to come out to do 90% of the trimming and XCEL DOESN"T CHARGE for it!! I feel completely ripped off! $680 for them to take the rest of the trunk (and not a large one at that) and one branch down. I called to complain and was told Justin would call me back. Not a word in over a month.

I hired this service believing that their work would be professional and
carefully done. My mistake, apparently Mile High is not responsible for
any damage done to a sprinkler system or leaving suspect branches
to come down within two weeks of their work. I cannot recommend this service and have given notice to anyone who asks for a referral to
avoid Mile High.

What a wonderful team, we were looking for a fireplace mantle. They have such a great selection of reclaimed wood, from cherry to black walnut. Really helpful, a ton on information and knowledgeable about all the different woods and how to finish them. I sure wish we needed more, I was truly inpressed.

The Mile High Tree Care slab and lumber division is great. Tammy is very helpful and accommodating while you take your time deciding what piece of wood is right for your project. Greg is very knowledgeable about lumber and overall they have a great team heading this division. I wanted to make my fiancé a desk for her new consulting arborist job and I knew a wood slab from Mile High Tree Care would be perfect because she is a arborist. We called Tammy to set up a meeting to tour their inventory, and they let us look around for over an hour to get the right piece. After finally deciding on a piece I brought it home and made an awesome desk that my fiancé loves. I enjoyed that project so much I came back a month later and bought a couple more pieces and Tammy was once again very helpful in making sure I got the right pieces. Not only did she help me when I was in their warehouse, but Tammy contacted me to check in on my projects a couple weeks after my second purchase and I know from here on out I will not go anywhere else for my wood slab needs. Customer service and selection is second to none.

They did a good job as far as the tree work itself BUT it was way too expensive!!! My estimate from September said there is a 10% winter discount but when I completed the service in January the company never honored their own discount that was advertised. My husband said the workers should not be around kids because they used inappropriate language. If I were you, I would try to find another tree company to use or else you will have paid too much like a I did. Look around more and you can thank me later!

The guys did an incredible job. Very professional, safe and efficient. The price was reasonable and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. We will hire them again and again.

They did an excellent job on my tree, which was large and had not been cut for 30 years. Their cutters were very nice and professional. Their price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

They haven’t come by to evaluate my tree trimming needs. It’s been at least 2 weeks. Haven’t heard from them at all.

I have used Mile High Tree Care twice and was very happy each time. I would always get other estimates, and they would always give me the best price for the job I wanted done. I got to where I just call them to schedule my jobs, but the only problem is, they are TOO busy!! Lol! And I know why!! Oh! And did I mention, ALWAYS courteous staff!!

I have been using these guys for more than 20 years. Unbelievable service and they have more knowledge about trees than anyone in the industry. If you have any needs that require tree trimming or you want to just buy the most incredible piece of wood for your mantle this is the place to go. I have a table created by Steven his crew that will last a lifetime. It is our pride and joy. Mulch delivery in multiple colors and it doesn't hurt that they are a zero-waste company. Hands down the best you can get in Denver. This is the crew you want to do business with

I had a 50 year old maple cut down (sadly) and the estimate I was given was very fair. The crew was GREAT, clean, neat and quick. The guys that removed the stump 6 days later were also very thorough and clean up was excellent. I have used Mile High for several years and have ALWAYS been happy with the results.

Had an estimate done in October and then we had storm damage in May that we needed immediate attention as some large branches were broken over our driveway. They used that estimate - all I had to do was sign it and email it back - easy! Mile High was able to get a crew out quickly and take care of our damaged tree to our relief! Crew was great and cleaned everything up nicely. Our tree looks so much better!
