Mile High has been pruning my trees for nearly two decades. They've always done good work, at fair prices, and the arborists have consistently given me excellent advice. They went above and beyond all that in the most recent wind storm that did extensive damage throughout the metro area. I had a broken branch hanging from a tree, a safety hazard. I was worried I would have to wait a long time to get this addressed. Despite being very busy with many calls following the storm, they were able to remove the branch and clean up the tree the day after I called.

Second time using them for tree removal and pruning. It takes a while to actually get on their schedule, but the work is good quality and price is fair for what the type of work they are doing. The price they quoted was the price I paid, so no surprises there. Both times they removed trees fairly close my house (2 different houses) and no issues. I have used their tree disposal yard too and for the price there you can't beat it what it costs to get rid of a bunch of material. Will likely use them again in the future If I need assistance with my trees.

Wow...asked for a quote on some tree work. SUPER weird/creepy vibes. Then the quote was almost double what I was quoted by multiple other companies. 👎

Mile High Tree Care is the BEST in the business! Ask for Joe, he was out with the quote super fast and made it happen same day! Junior’s crew was amazing and even cleaned up to perfection. These guys are rock stars. MHTC has my business from now on. A+

Mile High has been taking care or my trees for over 40 years including a 100+ old maple, a huge catalpa; and they have kept the ash trees and evergreens healthy. Great people, great service

This company incorrectly performed deep fertilization on my property without my consent. They were working on my neighbor's property and somehow thought it was appropriate to stick their fertilization tool into my rocks (which have a french drain underneath) and to fertilize something outside of the property where they were authorized to work. There is a clear property boundary that should have never been crossed. After calling to report my issue, the individual who I spoke with told me "this isn't possible" despite the fact that I told her I have videos and images of this; they were incredibly rude even though their worker was entirely in the wrong.

This the fifth time we have used Mile High Tree Care. The service is always good, the crews are sharp, and the cleanup is great. Junior has been here before and he did another great job. He makes certain you know exactly what he sees as he does the work.

Sold me water logged firewood. The wood actually bubbles and steams before all the paper burns out. They brought me some wet kindling as the fix that lasted a day. Lastly, I was told that I could go and pick up more wet kindling if I wanted to drive 45 minutes out of my day to fix their problem. If I didn’t want to do that then I could go to the store and buy kerosene. Waste of $220.

The crew arrived promptly and did an excellent job trimming my apple tree and cleaning up after it was complete. I will deffinately hire them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I contacted A Touch of Class Tree Service from their website to request a bit. I quickly received an automated email saying "out team will get back to you as soon as possible."

Never hear from this again. The level of unresponsiveness is shocking.

Professional service at a fair price. I just had to call and the job was done. They might have even had to deal with nosey neighbors, but I wouldn't know given their extremely upright attitude to the job. Thanks a million!

Touch of Class? You mean Bait and Switch. It's against the law. We called for a bid to deal with a healthy but potentially unsafe 40' tree. We were told the bid would be free when we set up the appointment. A nice enough guy came to the door and after saying hi said the bid is $65; "I need to be paid for my time". That's not how free bids work.

Great job and offer everything the big names do too at better price. Did the job when I was out of town and pulled up to my house looking great.

We have been using A Touch of Class Tree Service for years. They do a wonderful job and keep our trees healthy and good looking. Will always use them.

They did a great job for us, removing dead branches and trimming several large trees in the public right of way in front of our house. The crew was very professional and efficient, and the result is aesthetically pleasing. Couldn't be happier.

This company treated my ash tree for protaction. Communication was nearly absent and they did not follow up with me when I needed my second treatment. I still have no proof that they accomplished the second treatment and do not know if my tree was ever fully protected. Bummer experience.

A touch of class is by far the best tree service I’ve ever used their quality control and their professionalism is astonishing!!! They removed the tree in my front yard in 1 hour and that includes there clean up!! I will absolutely use there services again!!!

Had several other companies give a bid on tree removal. After some very high bids and one company that took my $1100.00 deposit and never returned I came across A Touch of Class (recommended by Jefferson County Schools) they cut down a cottonwood tree ,that was at least 40 years old so it was massive,, They had to remove a couple sections of fence ,couldn't start until the kids were in school (right behind our house, and were still done and everything put back together by noon.Could to have been more pleased!!!

A touch of class did a great job they were done in no time. They also were very reasonable price.
