Had a lightening strike literally blow up half our tree. They were out in a few hours to clean up the debris and dangerous dangling limbs. After consulting with the city arborist on how to save the rest of the tree they returned to finish the job and patiently dealt with our questions and special requests. The staff was friendly and professional. We highly recommend “A Touch of Class.”

Raul and his crew cultivated several different trees on my properties and I was extremely pleased with the outcome. I would like to thank them for the job they preformed with courtesy, professionalism and safety. I can confidently recommend their service.

I ordered a quarter cord of wood at 8:30 pm the night before and received delivery before 10 am the next day. Friendly staff and quality seasoned firewood that burns clean. All in all a great experience!

We have purchased firewood from A Touch of Class twice this winter and they are highly responsive, deliver the wood the next day and the wood is very high quality. Would recommend to anyone needing firewood in the Denver metro area.

Touch of Class is reperable family owned company that I have used for over 10 years. Nick and Shannon are great people. They have always responded quickly to my tree needs. I have 2 large almost 100 year old trees which are still growing strong with regular pruning and fertilization. They have also removed trees and transplanted several bushes for me over the years. One wish I have is they a add grapevine maintenance sytem trelis. And to beware of sprinkler lines when fertilizing trees and bushes. Thank you Touch of Class for your top notch customer service. I have been ordering one cord of wood per year for about the past 30 years, and this is the best company BY FAR. Other tree companies I have used have "shorted" us and/or mixed in a lot of pine with our hard wood order. Well, A Touch of Class gave us a SOLID cord (I would say about 5% more than has been our experience in the past) and there was not one bit of pine in it. There was some soft light wood, but this was probably less than 1% of the wood delivered. The delivery man was polite, efficient, and cordial.

Just one thing to be aware of, however -- about 10% of the wood delivered will have to be cut down further. That is not a problem for us, but if you are not up to it, you might ask to be sure that no very big pieces are delivered to you.

We have a very old maple tree that was overgrown, insurance needed it trimmed away from gutters and the roof! A touch of class came immediately, they went above and beyond and shaped it beautifully.

Ordered a cord of wood and paid for stacking. Delivery was on time and the gentlemen who stacked the wood for me were amazingly quick. Every fire we’ve had so far has burned perfectly. Happy with the quality of wood, responsiveness and timeliness. Had called a few other place before this company and couldn’t get call backs or commitment. Will be calling again next year for another order!

2020 update- the bushes they were supposed to have sprayed and killed have now fully returned.

Original- Scheduled weeks ago to get invasive shrubs removed and sprayed at the root by this company. After being quoted a $300 minimum, they came and removed shrubs and told us the people to spray the roots would be by right after them. 7 hours and 3 phone calls later, the only people I could get a hold of was dispatch who was writing emails to service providers. This morning Shannon called me to ask what was wrong, and as I explained it she said we were never signed up to receive the spraying of the roots. After I questioned her why this wasn’t part of the removal because we had spoken about it when they came out to quote and when I spoke to her to set up the appointment. She then decided to hang up the phone on me stating that I needed to speak with someone who could answer my questions.

I am furious that this is almost 24 hours later and I haven’t had more than a 2 minute conversation with anyone about spraying these roots to make sure they don’t come back again. Do not use a touch of class, I cannot believe a simple removal and spray job has turned into this nightmare.

I fully expect to never hear from this company again and to be charged the full amount for half of the services requested.

My experience with Touch of Class was during a busy time for them, they were able to fit me in on relatively short notice and were able too quickly and safely do what I asked; cutting branches off a tree that was rubbing against our house. Additionally, per normal service, they cut off numerous fallen branches, downward growth, and gave the tree room to fill out again. They were communicative, up front, and I would use them again.

Touch of Class Tree Service provides a service not seen often these days. Professional, courteous and on time. I have used them four times this past year, tree removal, trimming and ash tree treatment and have been very satisfied with all phases of their work. Shannon, Nick and their team are the best. I do recommend them for anyone looking for a quality tree service.

They are efficient, friendly and affordable! I would definitely recommend this company for all of your bush and tree trimming needs. They trimmed a very old juniper bush around our circuit box and helped to clear the way for the electrician to work. They did an excellent job and even cleaned up afterwards! A special bit of customer service that I would like to mention is that when they were through, they took photos of the bush for me so that I wouldn't have to come outdoors without my oxygen. I have to wear it 24/7, and I use a walker. They were very kind and cooperative about it and wenr above and beyond expectations. I called a Touch of Class Tree Service to have my large Ash tree trimmed. It was extremely overgrown with lots of dead branches after a decade of neglect. They sent a crew of three that did a fantastic job. They cleaned up my backyard after the trimming and left it looking better than when they arrived. I can't recommend them enough. Their prices were very competitive. I will be sure to call them the next time I need work done to my trees. Thank you!

A Touch of Class Tree Service definitely lives up to their name. Nick and his crew made my tree look better than it ever has ! They worked non stop for the entire trim and cleaned up the area better than when they started. Kris fertilized and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. They are a class act and I would highly recommend them for your job !

I highly recommend A Touch of Class tree service. We sought four bids for tree removal. One company had two reschedule their quote meeting twice, one company was early and parked blocking my driveway, so I couldn't park when I arrived home to meet them, A Touch of Class not only was timely and courteous, but they were one of the lower bids we received. They removed two large 50 year old pine trees (and stumps) and a large shrub. Their team was quick, efficient and hardworking. One of the trees was planted extremely close to our house (with branches touching the roof and windows) and they did a great job removing the trees, and conscientiously protected our home from potential damage. They also did a great job cleaning up afterward! I will use them again and highly recommend them for any job.

We had several stumps ground down as well as 2 huge 35 feet tall willow trees removed from our very small backyard. They did a fantastic job and did their best to protect my grass and other shrubs in the area. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I really appreciated how they sent a small army to do the job, so that it was totally completed in 1 day. I highly recommend them. They are very professional and they really care about customer satisfaction.

Excellent and fast service. The scheduling worked out perfectly with my schedule, did I mention the service was very quick? My tree removal and replacement was by the street so it was very fast and painless and the price was the best in my area. Great job at the right price and customer service was great. I give them a five star rating because the whole process from start to finish was seamless for me.

0* if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! A touch of "class!" Truly hilarious. First, their super "classy" employee Michael told me to get out of the car and fight him because I asked them to move their trucks that were blocking both ends of the alley. I am a disabled vet and use a wheelchair full time, so I declined his invitation to fight lol. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. When I called the company to relay to the manager what I experienced at the hands of his "classy" employees, the super "classy" secretary not only told me I would not be speaking with anyone else, but that they had the right to block both ends of the alley because it is a public roadway. Rest assured, I have asked the City of Denver what code allows a company to block access to a public roadway lol. This company is so "classy" they insult veterans and then stonewall you when trying to tell management about how "classy" their employees. GO ELSEWHERE! You will regret using this company.

I have used a Touch of Class to not only keep our existing large and small trees healthy and trimmed up but also had them remove dead trees and grind stumps. They consistently respond with timely estimates and day of service arrival is on time, professional and of the highest quality. Their crew is very knowledgeable and their advice has always steered us in the right direction. I find the cost to be competitive and reasonable. We also highly recommended them to our friends and neighbors.
