The garden selection is to die for, I found the cutest stuff! Always pleased coming here!

Went here after my grandparents suggested it and was blown away at the size compared to other nurseries in town.

They sell just about anything you’d need from plants, pots, soils, trellis, fountains, decor, etc.

All the plants looked healthy though we’ll see how they do now that they’re repotted at home.

The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Everyone was a joy to work with.

There's this lady at the front, I think her name is Harriet. i think she might be one of those special people.

It's apparent that botany has been a passion of hers for a long time. I saw the twinkle in her eye while she was advising customers.

But I can't shake this feeling, like she's doing this work for the community. As a passion. Sharing a lifetime wealth of knowledge.

The metro area is lucky to have a greenhouse of this quality. And Echter's should be proud to have her at the front door.

Love this old school, traditional nursery. I had outstanding service this week when I special ordered a holiday wreath for my daugther. They added some extra holiday cheer (a bow) and even had a door hanger to go with it. Will definitely return to Echter's. My daughter loved the surprise, thank you!

I have been going for years, I love the variety of products and plants, the workers are knowledgeable, the store is easy to navigate. It’s impossible to leave the store empty handed…

Great selection of plants! So much backyard items I couldn’t decide what I wanted!

I really love this place and all of their perennials selection. I've even found a decent selection of smaller evergreen shrub varieties that other locations don't have. The only thing I don't love about this location is they are generally in the top three highest priced nurseries on the front range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. However, aside from the highest priced, I will generally still buy a few things a year here due to them being the only ones that have a specific selection that year. I do love coming here in the winter to window shop house plants and get a little sun, heat, and humidity. I really wish they would expand their indoor selection similar to one of the other nurseries that shutdown a couple years ago.

What are terrific nursery and Garden supply business! Echter’s has everything you could possibly need for creating the most amazing outdoor and indoor spaces. Their plant selection and knowledge is so abundant, and being a plant enthusiast, it was extremely hard walking away from the truly amazing selection of plants they had. I absolutely recommend this business for nearly any horticultural needs!

Impressive garden shop and nursery! Huge facility with tons of plants and a huge variety of garden stuff, lots of decorations as well. It was insanely busy here today (like, park down the street busy) because it's Mother's Day weekend so naturally folks are all out getting their yards in order. It made for a long line at the register, but it wasn't too difficult to navigate the rest of the store and I enjoyed the overall shopping experience. Highly recommend a trip here for folks who like to garden!

Presented my boyfriend's mother with a lovely flower pot on Mother's Day, and it was everything she adored! Their collection of flowers is a reflection of the love and care that goes into each item. I highly recommend it for a touching gift.

Pros: Big place with a huge selection of plants and garden accessories. Everything from fountains to patio furniture to lawn ornaments, rain chains, pots, and more. Large selection of indoor and outdoor plants.

Update: Updated my review to 5 stars after our most recent visit. There were many staff members present who greeted us and asked if us needed anything. The lady we asked for help was very knowledgeable, walked us to where things were, explained things in detail and gave advice on how to re-pot and pot sizes, etc. Much better experience this time around.

My first time there. Loved it. Went in for a couple pots and got everything BUT the pots!
Amazing selections but they are s bit pricey.
I bought house plants, twist ties, a pot and drip trays.

I visit Echters often but I recently explored with my toddler and would highly recommend it. Their patio furniture area is a great first stop with its openness and lack of breakables for your little one to romp around.

I enjoyed visiting the herbs area and letting my daughter pick a few out. There's plenty of room indoors alone so if the weather is not so great... You should probably go visit some plants and flowers.

Love this garden center. Always a smiling face and helpful, knowledgeable employee and TONS of beautiful plants and accessories.

We recently purchased two large trees after getting quotes from other nurseries and tree farms in the area. They by far had the best product, the best service, and a very reasonable delivery and planting fee.

On top of that the young man who came out to plant the trees was so polite, on time, and did a fantastic job planting!

Response: sorry but you denying you overprice things is not correct. Quit trying to lie to everyone. I love how this year I go see how much the spray cost just to see and you list it at 35 dollars. Yet I bought it last year and you had it at 65. Amazon still prices it at 25. My Point shown. and 8 dollars for a plastic plant tray is ridiculous. Like I said I never should've paid the outrageous prices last year and I'm glad I won't be anymore EVER.
Original listing: Putting 4 stars because this place is amazing and staff does a great job and has excellent selection of plants and items and have enjoyed it for about 14 years. But last time I went I think will be the last. I needed a plastic pot and it was around 16 dollars for "medium" tabletop size. So overpriced for plastic. On top of it, the tray for it for 8 dollars. Why would a tray cost that much. It's a TRAY not a pot. Then I got a fungicide/ insecticide/miticide blend spray for the hose nozzle. Every year I paid for 32 ounce of this stuff for 25 dollars if anything and this time they charged me 65 dollars. Even the cashier was shocked wondering why my order was 95 dollars or so after tax for a plastic pot and some spray bottle. But it was correct because the prices were jacked up. Made me even more mad that I looked up for the hell of it the price of the spray on Amazon after I got home to see if that's just what it cost now and nope, They had it for half what Echters charged me. I get it you're a small business but it's ridiculous to jack up these prices this bad especially when they were fair in years past. So there's no need to go back anymore.

A visit to Echters is always a treat, no matter what time of year. I went in today to look at their mini succulent assortment & was not disappointed!

Such a great nursery and garden center. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the products are second to none. You’ll pay a little extra for everything I mentioned above but it’s absolutely worth it.

Beautiful selection, this place is BIG! Friendly helpful employees too, one of them told me they change out large parts of the store seasonally so there’s often something new to see. Lots of cool statuary and garden decor, too!

Echter's is amazing. The staff are very helpful and professional. They have a wide selection of plants and plant products. They have everything from small succulents and air plants to larger fruit trees and larger garden decorations/furniture.

They have a dedicated "plant doctor", who you can go up and talk to at any point for help with anything plant related.

If you are looking for something specific or just need to kill time, you should definitely stop by to check it out.

I really love the awesome selection here but I very rarely have kind or friendly interactions with the staff. I will spend my money somewhere else that I feel more welcome!
