Ben with Dearborn Plumbing was great! Super fast and great at communication. He was able to swing by same day when we had our kitchen sink back up and get it fixed in literally under an hour!! 10/10 recommend if you care about hiring a local plumber who’s knowledgeable, fast, and won’t try to nickel and dime you.

I came home from vacation to find my hot water heater had failed. Ben came right away, drained the tank and explained my options for a replacement. We scheduled a time for him to complete the work after the weekend at my request. Ben arrived on time and ready to work. He explained again what he would be doing and how long it would take. When the work was completed, Ben made sure all my questions were answered and the area was clean. This is the second time Ben has come to my rescue. I highly recommend him and the Great work he does!

Ben was the third plumber to my house, and the only one that started with the very simple fix that I had asked of the others. He was kind, knowledgeable, responsive, and actually offered solutions instead of just immediate upsells. I feel so lucky to have found him and he will be my go-to plumber in the future.

We had a shower handle break and the water wouldn’t stop running, so we had to turn the water off at the source & get a plumber. We had companies come out and quote us $500 and I felt like that was a lot for about 30 minutes worth of work. Ben came out, gave us an honest price and took care of it no time. If you want an honest plumber who charges you a fair price then you have to call this guy! He was amazing and I’ll refer him to everybody I know!

Ben is an expert, is kind and thoughtful, and very honest and fair - we were lucky to be introduced to him. We recently purchased a 1950’s home with a couple of high priority plumbing needs and he was able to take care of everything for us. The odd plumbing configurations in our basement were the largest need and he came up with excellent solutions and walked us through everything to make sure we understood how the plumbing works, what he’s going to do and then afterward explained all of his work. We have another big job to complete soon and we wouldn’t work with anyone but him! Highly recommend - 5 stars.

Ben at Dearborn was FANTASTIC! I am a chemical engineer and knowledgeable about piping, etc. I normally do my own plumbing. I installed my last water heater but couldn't do this one due to an injury. I can't recommend Ben Dearborn highly enough! He recently replaced an outdoor spigot at my home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Ben showed up right on time, was professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through my options. He explained everything clearly but never pressured me—just helped me make the best decision using his expertise.

He’s licensed, insured, and warranties his work for a full year, which gave me total peace of mind. And honestly, he was by far the most affordable option I found. No upselling, no nonsense—just quality work at a fair price.

We got a new dishwasher and Lowe's was supposed to come and install it but it was such a nightmare with them. Thankfully Ben came and helped install our dishwasher and new shower head in our main bathroom. He explained everything so thoroughly and communication was top notch. Once he finished, he ran everything twice, double checked that there were no leaks and explained to me how everything worked.
Everything was so great and will be using Dearborn Plumbing again in the future!
