I definitely recommend Ben and Dearborn Plumbing. Ben is a skilled plumber who is obviously committed to his craft and cares about the quality of his work. We used him to replace galvanized piping in a 120 year old house. His pricing is fair and transparent, communication is excellent, and his responsiveness and follow-up is outstanding. Ben is our go-to plumber going forward.

I cannot recommend Ben from Dearborn Plumbing enough! We had an emergency with our Woodford outdoor hydrant, it had burst and was spraying water everywhere. Ben arrived within 15 minutes of my call. Even though he mentioned he doesn't always work on well systems, he didn't hesitate to jump in and help us out of a really tough spot. He was professional, incredibly helpful, and had the leak fixed in no time. If you want someone who actually cares and goes the extra mile, call Ben!

Highly recommend Dearborn Plumbing! Ben came out within a few hours of me calling and replaced my kitchen faucet in about 30 minutes. Super efficient, very professional, and reasonably priced. Being a pregnant mama (with twins) whose husband was out of town, Ben was a lifesaver when I was in a bind.

Ben is genuinely one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. He was patient with my barking dog, explained what he was doing, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. He was also very communicative ahead of time and made sure everything was set up so the job went quickly and smoothly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and runs his business with honesty and fairness. Quoting and payment were also seamless.

We had an excellent experience with Ben, our local plumber, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment we called, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping us solve the problem quickly.
He came to our house extremely fast, had the necessary tools to fix it and was very very fast and helpful while fixing the issue. It’s rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so patient with questions.

The repair itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. Ben left the workspace spotless and even checked a couple of other plumbing areas in our home to make sure everything else looked good. His honesty and transparency about the work and pricing were truly refreshing.
What stood out most was Ben’s dedication to doing the job right the first time. He treated our home with respect and clearly takes pride in his work. It’s reassuring to know we now have a plumber we can trust for any future issues.

I had a ruptured water heater. I was getting 6 weeks lead times. Levi and team answered their phone and I had a water heater installed the same day. Levi is a marine veteran, Thank you for your service to this country, and thank you to your service to me.

Had a late night waterline problem. He said he would be over in 20 minutes after finishing another job around 11:30. Called to ask for pictures to get supplies and then never showed up while making me wait til 4:00 am, before giving up on him.called several times to get an eta but no response.

Levi was professional and knowledgeable. I'm very grateful that he was so responsive at 2 in the morning on Christmas Eve.

Had an appointment set up for 8am. I took time off work to be there. No Call NO Show!!! Major pet peeve of mine! And this was a rescheduled appointment because of a last minute cancellation for something from the previous day. No thanks! My time is just as important as his.

Arvada Plumbing remodeled two bathrooms and corrected plumbing in a house that was built in the late 60's. Always on time, clean and courteous. They recently repaired a gas line that was leaky on short notice. I recommend them highly. Reasonably priced and clean!

My cats knocked a valuable chain bracelet into my bathroom sink. Levi after getting my bracelet out of the gooseneck noticed that the pipe was pretty rotten. After everything was said and done and Levi went and bought new piping my cost was minimal. I'll definitely be using this company again.

At first I called some larger companies in the Arvada area and was disgusted at their quotes for the work that needed to be done.

Very friendly guy and service got done ahead of time

Levi was very quick to respond and fixed our pipe within a few hours. The price was very reasonable. I would definitely use Arvada Plumbing again.

DO. NOT. HIRE. This guy takes money from hard working Americans and does not perform the service he was paid for.

I have hired this guy before and he was good for that emergency, so I booked him again! I have even referred others to use him. I made appointments a month out for unhooking our plumbing and rehooking our plumbing during/after a kitchen project. He "lost his phone" and apparently did not write down any of my contact info? So was difficult to get ahold of to confirm the night before the first appointment. We agreed on a price for the total project, I paid him first half so he could get supplies. He was 2hrs late to our first appointment. He asked me to pay 2nd half and i made the mistake of trusting him and did so. For the 2nd appointment he strung us along for 11hours and ultimately he did not show up, took our money and did not complete the job we paid him to do. He promised up and down that he was coming/he would do the job that day. This mans word means absolutely nothing. I even reminded him on One of the four times that day that he promised he would come or was on his way, that i have already paid him and he said "i know, i will come today i promise" and then i said that I would like my money back if he wasnt able to come and he said "that wasnt necessary," because he was coming. He has yet to send me my money back, i requested it back on Venmo and got a declined payment notification this morning. I only requested half back because he did do half the work, even tho he ultimately cost us more money by having to hire someone else.
Do. Not. Hire.
If you want an actual professional who respects your time and doesnt take your money and run... i encourage you to please keep looking.
