I was told someone would come out today for a constant leak in our ceiling. They told me they would be here in 15 minutes. 36 minutes passed. Called back and they said they had an emergency and could be here in a different 3 hour window I had. I called back again towards the end of that 3 hour window and was told they could come tomorrow. Which I have not had a good experience waiting around most of the day for them to not come out, so I will not be doing that. I would have been calling around to other people to come fix our leak if they had been honest and told me they did not have the availability today or later today. But instead I will be cutting a hole in the ceiling myself so that the ceiling leak doesn't spread to more of the ceiling and be trying to find someone else who is more reliable, honest, and will contact me instead of me having to continually contact them. Attached screenshots with time stamps. One call back to let me know they were on the way. And 2 calls out for me today to see if they were actually coming like they said they would.
