Robert and his crew re-lined my sewer including a branch off the main sewer line. They lined all the cast iron underneath my finished basement with minimal intrusion. They answered all my questions, were very professional, and were very attentive to detail in everything they did. Robert definitely has a passion for this work and has the skills to go along with it. We have had a lot of renovation/repair work done on our and this one of the very few instances I have been 100% satisfied with the work and what I paid for it.

We had an issue with the main sewer line and Jeff and his crew were very responsive and helped get it fixed in a timely manner. Things didn’t work out the first time do they came back and made sure the job was up to my liking and completed. I would use them again and recommend them as well.

Robbery and his crew were beyond professional in communication and ensuring ally my questions and concerns were met. They provided me a clear time frame for the work and walked me through the process after making sure I was confident in the work. They also took then time to put down mats and keep everything super clean!

Huge thanks to Jonathon and Ruben for helping me troubleshoot if I had a French drain. Very patient and knowledgeable guys that wanted to help me figure out if a French drain was at my house and if the radon system I had installed actually connected to it. They inspected my house and gave me their advice on my house’s need to if there was major damage/pitfalls to my foundation. these guys helped me to converge on the issue and help get a step closer to solving my issue with radon. They gave me peace of mind that my house was suited to mitigate water away from my house.

Fantastic service! Prompt, professional, and very friendly. I was able to get an appointment very quickly to scope the sewer on my recently sold property- the visit went better than expected and we’re in great shape. We experienced a drain issue during a cold snap and after calling another service and not getting the issue fixed and being told we needed to replace our plumbing, I called King Rooter.

Jonathan was dispatched and spent several hours trying to clear the drain and said it was a possibility I might need to replace the drain pipes. He offered to return the next day with a jet to see if he could get it cleared and provided several other options to try and keep my cost down.

The following day Jonathan returned with a water jet and took the time to fix it.

No replacement needed!

I hired them for a simple job, and two plumbers showed up. One was named Hunter, and the other name escapes me. They were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous.

The dispatchers were also easy to deal with, and they sent the plumbers out the very next day.

Very low hassle and professional experience

Our 18 year old water heater finally reached the end of its service. King was one of several companies we requested an estimate from and ultimately chose them to replace the water heater. Eric was polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. He walked me through the entire replacement process and what it would take to bring our home up to Colorado code. Overall, his professionalism is one of the biggest factors that led us to picking King to do the install. On the day of installation, Eric showed up with all the tools and parts and got right to work. He even answered my questions during the install process and welcomed my curiosity of how it worked. As he wrapped up the install, he took the time to review how the unit worked, how to maintain it, and what to do if something ever comes up. We are very satisfied with the service and the pricing of the water heater replacement with King and hope to never use the extended warranty we added to our install.

I've used King Rooter multiple times for my business and have never been disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing issue. Technicians Robert and Sam preformed the most recent service, they were very professional and preformed the job in a timely manner. After the job was done they cleaned up after themselves and left the site better than it was before they arrived.

From start to finish we’ve been super impressed with King Rooter Plumbing. Our initial call was the day before Thanksgiving & they were able to come later that day. They resolved our kitchen drain issue which allowed for using our sink during the holiday. Based upon our options we elected for them to return to further investigate our plumbing as we bought a 22 year old home that had some plumbing issues. Our plumber, Keverick, was extremely personable & kept us informed & educated during his assessment & suggested plan. We also appreciated the follow up calls from the office..Casandra, who inquired about our service & if we had any questions. We now have a new plumbing company we will continue to use & have already referred them to a neighbor in need!

I called for a toilet leak and was able to get service quickly. Because it wasn’t an emergency I opted for the next day, but the dispatcher was able to get a technician to my home earlier than expected.

The technician, Kevrick, was on time, friendly, and professional. He talked me through a range of options and pricing. He also pointed out some items that were not yet issues but he recommended that I keep an eye on. After we agreed on the job scope, Kevrick immediately got to work. He very quickly had the job completed and the area cleaned. I had a good experience and would recommend using this business.

Chad and Jonathan were absolutely amazing! Thought it was a basic clogged pipe, and they found that the cast iron pipes in the crawl space were completely rusted and needed to be replaced. They immediately got the supplies and replaced them. Quick, efficient, and professional. 100/10! Would highly recommend!! A+++

The technician Eric, gave me an honest diagnosis, came back the next day and installed my new water heater. He was very polite and professional. Was very careful while in my home to ensure nothing got dirty (it was snowing) and was able to answer any question I had. I'm pleased with the work and this will always be my go to company. Nice friendly staff on the phone and in person and has fair pricing.

Jeff and the office team at King Rooter were extremely rude. They did not communicate with us thoroughly. During our communications Jeff was constantly trying to upcharge us. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. He explained a few different options to fix our issue, and we chose an option we felt was the best.

Then a John started trying to convince us to have more work done. We politely declined, but he kept trying to pressure us into having more work completed. Still, we politely declined.

When we received the bill, we were charged for more work than we agreed to. Then they started sending me text messages trying to get me to have more work completed. Still, we continued to politely decline, but the text messages kept on coming. They are relentless and very sketchy. I will never work with this company again. I am shocked at how many good reviews they have, unless they are creating fake reviews for themselves.

Had a sink in the basement bar that was backflowing from upstairs kitchen. They were responsive, as I called them last afternoon and they had a tech out the next morning. Jonathan was great, he explained what was possible, what was likely and was clear on what he would do and steps he would follow, and would be verifying with me on what I was wanting done. He was here for about and hour and solved the issue, and everything is functioning great now. Very pleased with the speed of getting someone to my house (even though it was non emergency) and how quickly the job was done. Would use them again.

We highly recommend King Rooter and Jeff for their expertise, service, and skills in sewer liners and plumbing. They installed new sewer liners without the mess, replacement cost, and disruption of tearing up flooring. They were willing to do what it took to get the job done properly.

Jonathan Was professional, direct, and provided a much better prognosis and some honest options that other local companies did not offer…all at a competitive price. Honesty and transparency are hard to find in this business. Would recommend highly.
