King Rooter performed a sewer liner repair at our home a few years back. During our home inspection during the selling of our house we discovered an additional repair that needed to be done. It was questionable as to whether that was a new or existing cracked pipe. After contacting King Rooter, they graciously agreed to repair the line, at no cost, and stand behind their work. We were very grateful for their help and service as we closed out the sale of our house.

Al and his team did a great job and thoroughly explained what they were doing. He alerted us to potential issues and was clear in the estimates. We will be working with them again.

This company is the real deal. They are organized, easy to schedule with, always responsive via phone. I had to cancel and reschedule due to the birth of my daughter and everyone I spoke to was so helpful. Colette is amazing over the phone. Dan is skilled at diagnostic work and repair - he found an issue another plumber missed and had it repaired the same day. Can’t forget Robert helping in the office. He’s a funny, easy going guy that gets the job done!

Also love the technology they’ve employed to allow technician tracking. I knew exactly when Dan would arrive at my home! Call them over any other plumber! They also have the ability to do smoke tests which was difficult to find with many other local plumbing companies.

We had been dealing with an ongoing problem with the sewer line at our church for more than a year, and we were struggling with the cost of excavation and replacement. King Rooter provided a solution, sleeving the line, at a fraction of the cost. Not only that, but Mario, Kevin, and Robert gained my confidence right away with their knowledge and professionalism. I was nervous about the tight window we were able to give them with the building shut down, but they absolutely got it done when they said they would. Highly recommend.

Had a nightmare plumbing issue at a property I am the maintenance supervisor for. After two different plumbers were unsuccessful in their attempt to make the repairs, Tyler and Mark came out and they worked tirelessly ensuring the issue was solved. They were very professional, and knowledgable as well. I'll be calling them back if I run into any issues with other properties!

Saso was helpful and easy to talk to. Helped discuss some of the potential causes on my problem. Ultimately we ended up just doing some preventative maintenance of cabling the in yard sewer line . The work was done quickly and professionally.

I really appreciated Tyler"s service, he was diligent and thorough, he even followed up the next day to make sure all was working correctly. I also appreciated same day service, especially on a Friday. Really pleased and very happy all the toilets are fixed!

Horrible customer service, the whole time I was binge pressure to do a service that actually can't be done to my sewer line. They could be bothered to close my servicing port before leaving and for partial clean they used and ruined my own shop vac. I will no be using this company again as I have found better priced plumbers with great customer service and they use their own equipment.

Pablo and Robert were amazing. They were very informative and courteous. Made sure they cleaned up the job site before leaving as well. I would recommend asking for them any time you need work done.

Grateful for our tech Kelly M, who diagnosed our issue, and suggested a pretty simple fix, that didn't actually require Roto-Rooter provide services beyond the consultation--the honesty in customer care was very refreshing and much appreciated.

Josiah was amazing! Even with it being late at night he came and was quick with the service for the sewer cleaning. He was able to address what what going on quickly and efficiently and answered all the questions we had.

Great service and less expensive than I thought…. Technician was knowledgeable and thorough.. He answered all my questions and gave me a better understanding of what is going with sewer lines… I wish he had a camera on hand to scan the lines right there.. it looks like will have another crew coming to scan the pipes… however, it is still a great deal that the camera scanning is part of the price and service…. Thank you!
