There was a problem with the drain backing up. I was presented with 2 ways to treat the issue and what the outcome would be in the end. I felt like the technician was transparent in showing me what was going on and how a drain line should run. I would also say the technician was professional.

Very knowledgeable,professional and friendly!! Before they started any work,they gave us a clear estimate on the costs. Saso took me around my home and gave me a few tips. As a new homeowner I value the extra time he gave me and very much appreciate it. Also to Jeff and the other two that came over to assist!!

Experience didn’t start off the best. I cancelled my appointment that Monday because the technician was delayed by 4 hours. I had already waited half the day. So I rebooked for today. I experienced the same delay and had to cancel my entire day for this one appointment. However, once Jeff and Sosa showed up, I was glad I stuck it out. Very professional and kind and took care of the problem immediate. They definitely saved the day, otherwise would have never used Roto Rooter again.

Daryn was fantastic at helping us fix our shower drain! It had been clogged for 5+ years— other companies either couldn’t figure it out or told us that we would have to rip up our foundation in order to fix it. Daryn and his apprentice came in and had it fixed in under an hour, all while explaining everything he was doing and next steps if anything additional had to be done. I would recommend him to anyone. He listened carefully, and figured out where our problem likely was based on the information provided. He answered all of my questions, and was very thorough in all of his work. He was also a delightful person, and I felt a great deal of trust having him in my home. We will definitely be using this company in the future!

Couldn't get another plumber to come out on Sunday, and ended up calling Roto-Rooter. They fit me in very quickly the same day. Marcus contacted me to say he was on the way and arrived when he said he would. He came in and assessed what was going on, quoted me right away, and also explained all that he thought was happening before going ahead with anything.
Upon completions he also shared some possible concerns on what he had found, that had caused the blockage, and scheduled Tom to come out and get a camera down through the pipes (at no extra cost), just to be sure that there was not any larger problems lurking down there.
Tom came the same day, and checked out all the way to the mains. Super glad he did! Was holding my breath, and hoping not to find any greater issues, and exhaled in pleasant surprise when all was clear.
Super happy with both of these young men. Very up-front and professional. Prompt and informative. I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation.

These guys restored my faith in humanity! Kudos to Kevin Salmon for his labor and willingness to help my situation by calling manager Ken Reef who authorized the work! Originally, I called a sub standard scamming plumbing company who left an incomplete toilet mess and a clogged main
Then we called Roto Rooter! These guys not only cleared our main line, but they repaired the toilet that they did not damage! AND did not charge me for that. If I could give them a hundred stars I would. It seems like nothing is easy in life anymore and everyone is on the take. Not so with these guys! Kevin was so thorough in explaining everything in layman's terms for me and made sure I understood. Kevin and Ken truly blessed us today and im beyond grateful! I had a flood in my kitchen when a shared drain backed up. Roto Rooter was able to send a technician 30 minutes before the earliest part of the windows I was given, and when Dakota arrived, he got straight to work diagnosing the issue.
Dakota was professional and friendly, with expert knowledge. He was calm and went above and beyond by contacting neighbors for assistance navigating the drains and even cleaning out a neighbors standpipe to help reduce chances of future backup in my place.
I really appreciated all the help and advice that Dakota offered while he was working. He got the clog cleared and my life back to normal in about an hour, maybe 90 minutes.
Very good experience overall and I'm very grateful for Dakota's help and the help from the RotoRooter customer service and dispatch teams.

Fast response. Sump pump stopped working and water close to overflowing. Saso came out on a Sunday and replaced pump and sealed radon equipment after work complete. Very pleasant, knowledgeable. Explained all work before starting project. Will definitely use them again.

Waldo was amazing—efficient, professional, and extremely respectful. We had been dealing with water backing up through the floor drain, and after multiple technicians came out with no resolution, Waldo arrived, listened carefully to our concerns, and immediately took action.

He even called the camera technician before starting his work so they would arrive right as he finished—next-level service. He quickly identified the issue and cleared out the roots that were backing up the drain.

To be completely honest, this was headed toward a one-star review until Waldo showed up. He completely turned the experience around. This man deserves a promotion and should absolutely be the face of your Colorado Springs location. If you do that, good things will follow.

Kelly Malavasic did an excellent job fixing our bathroom drain. The situation was stressful, but he stayed calm, professional, and focused the entire time. He clearly explained what was going on with the older plumbing and made sure everything was flowing properly before he left. On top of that, he was super friendly with our cat—which says a lot about his character. Great workmanship, great communication, and a genuinely pleasant experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Kelly again or recommend him to anyone needing a master plumber.

They did good work but the price is way to high I spent 850$ for them to replace the internals on a delta mixer for a shower. Will definitely not use again way over priced and I removed the shower panel and cut the drywall back just in case the mixer was bad so they could repair it. And it was not an emergency repair either. Be careful this company will rip u off like crazy. After watching and seeing how easy it was. And I know I’m not paying for time I’m paying experience. I understand but anyone who has a general idea of what I had fixed knows that’s way over priced

We had such a great experience with Mike, Anthony, Curt, Tyler, and Angelo (from Roto-Rooter)! They did the excavation, installation, and lining for our main sewer line (from the front of the house to the road/main drain area) and were awesome to work with from start to finish.

Everyone was so kind, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They kept us updated every step of the way and made the whole process super easy and stress-free.

Christian did an amazing job diagnosing, explaining and resolving an issue with our sump pump. He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the desire to complete the full job once he was here. Would definitely work with again!

I highly recommend Spartan Plumbing. We had Christian out in January to replace some leaky valves around the house and unclog some drains as well. Then in April we had Randy out to install a new water heater, mixing valve, and expansion tank to replace out old one that was in rough shape.

These guys are true professionals - they communicate quickly/promptly and are very straight-forward in explaining the various issues, and pros and cons of various decisions around those issues. They are also just great guys to work with!
