Hector came out to clear our backed up sewer drain on a Sunday. Prompt and professional, and got the job done quickly. Everything working great!

Anthony was professional and knowledgeable. He came by on a Sunday at the earliest time given to us during booking. Anthony was able to clear the drain and tested everything. He cleaned and sanitized the area once he was done. We really appreciate his and Roto-Rooters work and professionalism on short notice.

I have an older house built in the late 60s and one of the drainage pipes. I guess that’s what you call them. I had a leak and there was some blockage they were able to come out that timely manner charge a fair price and got it done in two hours. Great service.

Kelly did a great job, both in carrying out the work and also working with us on pricing. Appreciate his work and, even with a discount felt we paid a premium rate. But we really had no choice on a Friday afternoon - we needed the system unclogged for the weekend.

I discovered my sewer line was backing up and was able to schedule a visit for the next morning. They cleared the pipe of the clog and several root intrusions, explaining the situation very well the whole time. A third tech showed up to scope the pipe and helped ensure it was clear. The techs, Saso, Jeff and Devon, were very polite and professional. I was dismayed to not receive any warranty on their work, but understand why due to the root intrusions.

Hired Roto-rooter, the tech was at my house in a few hours and fixed my backup very quickly and efficiently. Pricing was very fair.

Jeff was extremely professional and courteous, I will be calling roto-rooter for all future plumbing needs based on this experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Saso, Ross, and Jeff from Roto-Rooter. My house unfortunately flooded due to a hot water tank issue, and Saso came out after 11 p.m. to help assess the situation. While the circumstances were far from ideal, they made the experience as good as it could possibly be. The communication was excellent, and the team was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. We came home late on a recent Thursday night to discover a foul odor stemming from a thick black liquid collecting in our basement shower. Most of the Google hits told us that it was a biohazard and that exposure would quickly lead our family to developing a long list of diseases or even instant death. Realizing Google knew as much as we did, we decided instead to call around to the local professionals for a second opinion.

We’re so very glad we did! We called a few local places that were close by, but the earliest they could come was Sunday! We then tried Roto-Rooter. They could see us that day in a few hours! Daryn came later that evening from the Springs to south Denver to help us out. He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem as build-up in the original cast iron plumbing. He plunged the shower and gave us recommendations on how to prevent it from happening again. Now, we have a working shower, no foul odor, and we're all still alive!

Chris Patterson was awesome. He went above and beyond and did an amazing job repelling underneath my sink for me, explained every little detail that he was doing and he was just a pleasure to have around I’ll definitely be calling Roto-Rooter back if I have any more issues and I’ll be requesting Chris Patterson

Josiah did an excellent job on our main drain clog job. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs this service done. He was here on a Sunday at 8:00 PM, He was polite, professional, and courteous. We will definitely call for him again if we run into this problem again. Great job!

We had a backed up main line on a Sunday. Roto-rooter was incredibly easy to schedule, very communicative with any time delays, and reached out 45 min before arrival. They even sent a manager to touch base since they were running behind and to triage the situations. Josiah was wonderful and very knowledgeable and helpful. He had the main line clog resolved quickly and was very kind and easy to talk to. I hope to schedule with him next year when I do my maintenance. Thank you Roto-rooter.

He had so many plumbers come to my house, but Sergio was by far the best. He's incredibly knowledgeable and all around a nice guy. I feel confident the work he did will last a long time

Saso took care of a couple kitchen plumbing issues for me very quickly. He was friendly, respectful of my home, and willing to share his knowledge with me! Great guy.

We had an issue with a sewer backed up line on a weekend at 10 pm. We called Roto rooter and the sent out, Marcus, our technician. He arrived, as scheduled, around midnight and worked diligently till 2 am to resolve our problem which ended up not being a routine job . He was very knowledge as well as very polite. Marcus was just incredible. We will definitely call them again and would happily recommend them.
