Jonathan and Anthony with King Rooter Plumbing came out to our home to provide an estimate for our sewer line outside since the first plumbing company who provided initial service claimed our pipe had collapsed. We called King Rooter, explained our situation and they had Jonathan and Anthony out to our home within the hour! The owner came out as well which made me feel as a valued customer should. These gentlemen went above and beyond and performed a camera scope during the estimate and were very informative. Options were provided in order for us to choose what best suited us along with professional education in order to make the best informed decision moving forward. We chose to have our line hydrojetted before making any repairs. They were able to clear our lines with that service which allowed us further options for repair! We’ve used a few plumbers over the years, but now we have finally found our go to for plumbing solutions! I value their professionalism, the time they took explaining everything, and ensuring we were in control of all decision making. If you want the best service call the Kings of Plumbing!

The King Rooter technician was Jordan. He came to my house right on time. He explained the problem of the old waste disposal unit in the sink. He described the options carefully. He replaced the unit and offered advice about its use. I highly recommend King Rooter

Robert and his crew from King Rooter has done an amazing job on lining our pipes. We ended up relining 531 linear feet of pipeline in 12 days which was amazing. Again they’ve done a great job for us and solved all of our problems for now, thank you.

Communication was great with the office, the manager called before the technician arrived to review my problem. Jordan arrived on time. He was professional and friendly. We diagnosed the situation together and came up with a plan. It worked and was for a very reasonable price.

This is the second project that I’ve had King Rooter & Plumbing come out to the house for and again, I’m very happy with the service, the work and with Jordan’s work. I explained what I was looking for and what I was wanting done, and he got it done perfectly. Definitely a happy customer.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from this company regarding two clogged exterior drains. My initial request was for the cleaning of a French drain and a lower staircase drain on the exterior of my basement. We later expanded the scope to include four additional French drains around the house.

While the team that came out was very nice and professional, the service provided was unacceptable. The lower staircase drain was destroyed during removal, bent beyond repair, screws were lost, and the door and surrounding areas were covered drain mud. Furthermore, this drain was not cleaned and remains clogged. I was also informed that the French drain in the same area was uncleanable, and a discount would be applied to my bill. Which has still not been applied.

After multiple attempts to contact management, I finally received a call over a week later. This conversation significantly deepened my disappointment due to the dismissive attitude and gaslighting regarding the company's lack of care and inability to properly service customers or stand by their work.

Since this debacle, my basement has flooded with over three inches of standing water because the French drain and staircase drain were left in a clogged state and never fixed.

I have waited over two weeks for a follow-up regarding the resolutions they claimed would be made. However, given the recent flooding in my basement due to the unresolved drain issues, I have decided to share my experience publicly.

I am genuinely unsure why this company has so many 5-star reviews. I urge potential customers to beware.

Hugo was a ton of help and fixed my issue and cleaned up everything once he was done. The entire process was seamless. And scheduling was fast.

Everything working with King Rooter was a breeze! Their office staff was considerate and helpful, and their plumbers were knowledgeable, efficient, and completed several services from estimate to finish in 5 hours! In that time, Jonathan and Mario evaluated our issues, coordinated with the service manager to come up with options, made two runs for parts, and managed to get all the work done incredibly fast while still being thorough. They were both very respectful and worked with us (we had another contractor there at the same time) to complete all the work earlier in the evening than they had estimated! King Rooter is saved in our phones and will be our go-to for all our future plumbing needs! They even called and followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work!

Follow up: On their second set of work done for us, we had Hank come out and take great care of us. Getting everything scheduled and organized was just as easy as the first time, and he did a great job. He even squeezed us in on the day following the estimate since he had to get a part, working with our right schedule that day. Highly recommend!

Edit 2: Al came out today and took care of some slow stations as well answered some questions about how to beat maintain a couple things in our home!
