Vaughn did a great job on our water heater replacement. He showed up on time, was respectful in our home, and walked us through different options without pushing us in one direction. That stood out to us because a couple other plumbing companies we spoke with were more focused on selling than actually helping. The install came out clean and everything is working great

Spartan (Christian with Abel) tackled and solved a large project at our home, which required expertise and skill (jackhammering, correcting improper connections, etc.). They arrived when they said, worked hard and politely kept me informed during the five days. They cleaned up the large mess remarkably well. I hope not to have future problems, but if I do, I'll call Spartan first.

One morning we discovered our water heater was leaking badly. Through Yelp we came into contact with Spartan Plumbing and they told us they could send a technician within hours.
They sent José. José was very knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. He explained exactly what was going on and gave us a list with options on how he could fix things, together with price quotes. Again, he explained exactly what everything meant. After we made our choice he went out to buy materials and fixed up the place. After the work was done he told us how to best maintain the new stuff.
I feel comfortable to recommend Spartan Plumbing after this good experience.

We had a main drain back up just an hour before having to go out for a funeral, couldn’t miss it. It would’ve been hard to let it go until the next day since every bit of water used in the house would just add to the puddle around the drain down in the basement.

We called Vectra and they sent Sam. We had to leave by the time he got here, but we had arranged for access and he came in and did the job, finishing up just about the time we got home. Done and done. He briefed me on the work he had completed, and told me some things to do about main drain maintenance.

I asked him if he had worked for Flow Rite Plumbing before it was acquired by Vectra, and he said yes. He loved his old boss and the job at Flow Rite, and it was a good company. He was a little apprehensive when Matt, the owner of Vectra Mechanical, bought the operation and combined the companies. Sam kind of expected that Vectra, being a bigger operation, would go all corporate on them, make a lot of changes, and mess up a good thing. Maybe Vectra would make them wear white uniforms like some of the plumbing companies that dress up like doctors, or do a bunch of layoffs, skimp on raises, stuff like that.

I asked Sam how that worked out. He answered right away. Fantastic! Couldn’t be happier. When Matt took charge, some things started to change. Sam now had vacation time, and medical benefits, and was sent to training for a certification. It’s a good thing to consider that when a company takes good care of their employees, the employees’ loyalty and dedication to doing high-quality work becomes a great advantage. We are proud to be associated with Vectra Mechanical. As Sam reminded me, they’re not just drain clearing, but they do all kinds of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing work for big jobs and small.
