Plumbing reviews in Arvada, Colorado

We’ve used Vectra for several years now…
plumbing issues - toilet blocked waaaay down the line by a towel by a building contractor. Snaking the shower drains, resetting toilet. And AC issues… I believe heat exchanger and a thermostat issue…the exchanger master control panel needed replacing, and further the unit was not compatible with a nest thermostadt. Their service
professionals are excellent, knowledgeable, and got the job done every time. We’re on an upper floor of a downtown multi use building. Not everyone services these! Vectra’s people-customer service as well as the techs- are all very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and explain everything. Including pricing for the different services. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
The pricing I’ve listed is for the latest servicing we’ve had done, snaking two shower drains. -
Great service and work from my tech Sam! Very clean with his work and informative. Would highly recommend. They cleared roots from my main line.

Nick is the best plumber on earth. Sam is also great with drains! Highly recommend Flow Rite

Sam was great! Very friendly and professional. He was upfront of cost and time of the assessment, and steps in the process, he was very forward thinking, before beginning. I was impressed.
-
Worked directly with Ruben from the start! He was able to give us a bid remotely which saved so much time! Nick installed the backflow preventer a few days later. He had to get a bit creative with routing the line to the outside of the house from our main line in the crawl space but it still looks tidy and organized. He also was really thorough with going over how to winterize everything in the fall. The work was completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend this company!

Very positive experience. The guys showed up right on time. They were very professional and pleasant. Backflow inspection was completed quickly. Highly recommend.

We have Flo Rite (which as part of Vectra Mechanical) come over several times to rental properties. It is always easy to get an appointment and they are reasonably priced. Nich (the plumber) is so good at communicating with the tenant and property manager regarding any issues. He often goes above & beyond and really understands older homes well. Can’t thank them enough for all there help and glad we know the friendly face that will be coming by when needed.

10/10! Sam was amazing. I cannot say enough good things about Flow Rite! Ruben has always taken care of us and had our issues fixed right away. Sam, the plumber was professional, clean, kind, and didn’t try to sell us on stuff we didn’t need. He identified the issues and fixed it right away. 10000% would recommend to anyone trying to get their plumbing/hvac worked on. Best in town!

My first experience was in 2017 with "Flow Rite" for a water heater. Excellent quality, price and professionalism.
I'm a retired home builder of 35 yrs., I will NOT pay $600⁰⁰ an hour for TV & Radio
commercials other companies are charging. You won't have buyers remorse with Flow Rite! -
Thanks for the great service you provide. Unfortunately I had a clogged drain in my basement sink. Fortunately, I called you guys!!! Sam did an awesome job. He identified the clog and was able to clear it in one pass. Sam was very professional, knowledgeable and all around good guy. Will definitely use you again if need be.

Rueben and Nick both took great care of me when I needed a shower installed in my bathroom. They were on time and did their work quickly. There were no surprises, they explained evertyhing to me like an equal (which is not something I can expect from all tradespeople, being that I'm a woman). High quality work, good value for the cost and respectful service.

November 2023: Our hot water heater stopped working and was leaking water. The Plumbline plumbers came out the next morning. They were very knowledgeable and professional. They had the water heater replaced quickly and efficiently. There was a lot of extra work involved to get the water heater and main shut off up to code. We were really happy with the results and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
January 2022: Our furnace stopped working and we needed someone to get it fixed asap. The technician arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. He got the furnace going.
May 2023- We had a short in our kitchen ceiling fan. Aaron came out the same day and fixed it and also did an electrical inspection of our house. He was able to fix other issues. Some we knew about and some we didn’t. He did a great job! I would definitely recommend Plumbline. -
Josh was wonderful. No complaints about him. However, schedulers should have listened when I said to schedule it either very early or very late so my son could be here for the appointment and then have a chunk of time to do an install for his business. When it became evident the plumber would be late, your company should have called to reschedule it for a late appointment. The appointment was for 9:00 am. Josh arrived at 11:45. That caused my son to have to cancel his install, which cost him money.

They performed an installation that went fine. Later I scheduled an appointment to do mini split maintenance. Scheduled and rescheduled 5 times. When they finally made it, they punted and promised to return the next morning but did not show up.

Quick work that was well explained and quality.

Logan was on time and explained everything very well.

To be clear: experience working with techs is great, customer service is solid, products are good.
The problem: both of my tune ups in 2024 which were scheduled 1-2 months in advance have been rescheduled the day before or day of. I purchased my AC/Heater from you, I pay the annual membership fee, what else am I supposed to do to not get bumped? I want to maintain the warranty provided, but you are making it difficult. Fix your scheduling system so customer experience is improved.
2025 and the chronic-rescheduling continues, what's the point of the VIP membership and scheduling appointments months in advanced? Plumbline & Wrench Group (the owners of Plumbline as of 2018) clearly don't care about keeping commitments to their customers.
Pro-Tip - When I informed the scheduler that I'll probably stop using Plumbline due to the in ability to keep committed appointments they said they'll add a "Do Not Reschedule" flag to my account - sounds like only if you make threats do they treat you better. -
John was kind, friendly, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, a bigger problem was detected, but he took the time to explain and help me get the next steps set up before he left.
Edited to add: Antony repaired our furnace today, and did a great job. He was kind, quick, efficient, and our furnace is working perfectly now!
ETA: Jeremy installed five ceiling fans and two exhaust fans for us, and did a fantastic job! They work great, he worked quickly and efficiently, and left everything nice and clean! He’s also just a really nice guy who made sure we were happy with the work every step of the way.
I’ve been very happy with Plumbline so far—I’m able to get appointments easily and quickly, and their prices are reasonable. We’ve used them for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work now, and everything has been great! We’ve been so pleased with Plumbline that we joined their VIP service, and will continue to renew it. Thanks! -
A very rude service man. Came in without even checking anything and Gave me an estimate of over $1500. Come to find out whoever installed the water pressure gauge from Plum line never adjusted it at all. Had a local plumber double check He adjusted it to 70 pounds And changed out the pressure tank on top of the hot water tank $125 later Thank God, I didn’t go with plum line It’s really sad. I’ve used them for years and they just keep getting worse and worse and worse.

The ease of scheduling over the phone was great, and there was not a lengthy wait between scheduling and service-- though it was about a week. Jason was professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. The estimate he provided for the necessary services was quite a bit of sticker shock, so we are weighing our options while we try to decide on our next steps.

Had a pipe crack and need replacing. Plumbline was responsive and worked within my busy schedule to get a time scheduled for the fix.
Corey, the plumber, was friendly and explained the fix to me really well. He worked up multiple options based on my budget which I appreciated!
We had about 8 feet of pipe replaced, and Corey’s work was high quality and he made sure to check everything was working multiple times. It was quick too! Only took about 2 hours overall.
Great service!
